Really enjoyed our stay at Bardessono. Even though it’s a fairly large hotel, it never feels crowded, which we really liked. Big thank you for the upgrade through our Chase card — our villa was beautiful and extremely spacious. And when I say spacious, the shower and bathroom were probably the size of an average San Francisco apartment :) Breakfast was good. The rooftop pool and spa area is great, with comfortable loungers and sofas and a very relaxed atmosphere. There is even a small gym, and I really enjoyed taking some dumbbells outside and working out in the sun next to the pool. And don’t forget to take the bikes! It’s a really charming and easy ride on mostly flat roads, with beautiful views of the vineyards along the way. Overall a very nice and relaxing stay. We would happily come back.

Absolutely delightful property. Peaceful, contemporary, great room features. The steam shower is a revelation: have a cold shower yet feel warm. The tub stays remarkably warm. It’s not like others where you need to refresh the water. The staff are wonderful. I tried to tip Christian via QR code but, as I was in a rush to leave, had to snap a pic then go. The image has huge black lines along the screen for some reason and the code doesn’t work. Kindly let him know I’m sorry and I’ll edit to remove this later.
What an incredible hotel with an impeccable staff. We’ve stayed at many wonderful places, but we’ve never experienced the level of care and hospitality that Alicia showed us. Our room was stunning, the hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, and we loved spending time by the pool. Room service arrived incredibly quickly, and every request we made was handled promptly and with genuine kindness. We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and can’t wait to return!
Amazing central location. Loved walking from place to place downtown. They also lend out fun lexus’ (including convertible) that we took advantage of. Staff us above and beyond! Super friendly and nice and reallly bend of backwards to make it a perfect experience. Beto and Scott fantastic and fun valets and nick at front desk so friendly and helpful as well. Great rooftop pool for lounging that was empty even on gorgeous days. Our room was beautiful and had amazing outdoor stone tub and shower. Food delicious too! Our only complaint is beds and bedding not super comfy
Simply the best. The service is outstanding, from the moment you are greeted by the personnel opening your car door for you. No, before that: I spoke with concierge, Matt, for almost an hour BEFORE our stay, planning our transportation for tours and visits during our stay! Upon arrival, Beto toured the grounds with us to ensure we had the lay of the land and set us up in our suite. The attention to detail from the staff at Lucy is astounding. Simply remembering my name and treating me like an old friend made me feel warm and welcome. Maria noticed I was not feeling well and immediately arranged for hot tea and ginger ale to be delivered to my suite! Cynthia is a breath of fresh air, radiating positive vibes when she speaks to you. Our brunch service person, Alonda, laughed at my awkward references and was timely and accommodating (yes, you can have a side of egg whites that are not on the menu). Our dinner service person, Alex, defied my expectations by making stellar recommendations and answering my completely "off-topic" curiosity (i.e., does Lucy deliver off the hotel grounds?). Overall, worth it. We will likely return.
