Our driver Jane texted me before we landed in Nairobi to let me know she was waiting at the airport already. She even texted me the photo of the sign she was holding, which made the meet up very smooth. Her van is very clean, and her driving style very safe. Jane also introduced a few things about Kenya on the way to our hotel. Overall, it was a very good experience for us.

David was a very nice young man. Took care of us well. It was so nice to be met at the entrance and not have to worry about how to get to hotel after a long flight.

I booked roundtrip and was pleased with the communication and how I was accommodated due to flight delays.

Patrick provided round-trip transportation between the airport and hotel in Nairobi. He communicated with me to minimize confusion on where to meet and what time to expect him. Highly recommend this service for a quick and easy transport, and not having to deal with cabs.

This was a smooth pick up experience from the airport with Joseph. He was there at the pick up arrival, helped me with my bags and took me to my apartment and also stopped along the way when I needed to get some groceries. This was amazing. I highly recommend him for your airport transfer.

There was a mixup in the date of arrival due to coming in right around midnight so the driver wasn’t there when I exited, there was a bit of a confusing situation to get to my hotel with another driver (not part of the company), HOWEVER, they went above and beyond after the fact to make sure I safely arrived and followed up on a situation from the transfer and made it right. I really appreciated how they dealt with the concerns and I would definitely book with them again (I would just pay more attention to specific details especially if close to midnight!) Thank you for great customer service and following up and being attentive and responsive. It really made a stressful situation much less of a headache so I can focus on enjoying my time here in Kenya!
