Half Day Guided Tour In Nairobi National Park With 4*4 Vehicle

Was a great experience, we saw a lot of animals, and Peter, our guide, was really helpful

I have been using this company for my safari since they have a great customer care service. This time my son was having one day in Nairobi waiting to take the flight after school. I contacted them to pick him from school to hotel and the next day to take him at Nairobi national park and ostrich farm The following day they dropped him at airport. Peter was an excellent guide. We nearly discovered all animals in the park. My drop off point wasn’t covered by the company, but he still drove me home. Thanks a lot

Good experience. Unexpectedly good park, so close to Nairobi suburbs. Plenty of wildlife, nice landscape, attentive guide/driver and good 4WD car. I remove one start for the 30 min stop at the end in tourist trap shops. It was not planned in the itinerary and I would have preferred another 30 min in the park.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour in Nairobi National Park. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel. There were 6 of us in the vehicle. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the park and all the animals and birds we saw. He was friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend this experience.

We had an incredible first safari experience with our tour guide, JJ. He picked us up from our apartment very early in the morning and we got to the national park gate for our 6AM start time. Along with being extremely knowledgeable about the park and animals, JJ was also extremely adept at navigating the park with the vehicle and he was able to show us essentially all animals that can be seen in the park. In the morning he stayed in contact with some other guides and we were able to locate 2 different lions very early on into our tour, which got us off to a great start. After that, doing a loop around the park getting to see all the animals was extremely pleasurable. After our safari, we also had separate tickets booked for the elephant orphanage and JJ was also kind enough to drop us off there to make everything go super smoothly for us. Would highly recommend to others looking to experience a safari for the first time.

Great experience and awesome sightings. Organisation and pickup was on spot, even with booking the tour the evening before at 8pm. Gate procedure is always cumbersome - but that’s less of a guides issue.

Because of the strike of the Nairobi airport employees, my flight was cancelled in Antananarivo, Madagascar so I could not go on my safari. I informed the safari company as soon as I was told by Kenya Airlines and requested a refund. To date they have not honored my request.

It was amazing trip with Irene the female guide well known of ecosystem of the park. We spotted many animals like lion, buffalo and many more. I recommend them mostly Irene.

It was a wonderful experience. Traveling in a 4x4, we saw so many animals, including zebras, giraffes, rhinos, and even two lions. The guide was very professional and explained so much about these wonderful animals.

I was amazing trip with a great guide Joseph well known of ecosystem of the park. We spotted 4 of the big five. I recommend.

Positives: 1. got picked up on time 2. The guide was very knowledgeable about the park and different species and was able to answer most questions. He was very engaged. 3. We got to see a lot of animals including a lion. Negatives: 1. The information for park entry and instructions were not clear on the website and the guide did not communicate this until it was time to enter as a result we got delayed by an hour. $40 for african countries and $80 for every other country. You have to register online 2. The vehicle used was not a 4x4 as advertised, it was a minibus with a makeshift opening roof. The vehicle was fine but don’t expect a Land Cruiser. 3. There was no water offered as advertised, the bathroom break was towards the end of the tour so not really a break. 4. The guide made a personal pit stop after the majority of the group had expressed having no interest in stopping at the market and we had to wait 20 mins for him to get back. Overall the drive is worthwhile, thoroughly enjoyed it. Bring binoculars

We had amazing trip with John, from pick up, game drive, and drop off. After game drive we asked John if it's possible to visit souvenir and shop. John was more flexible so this gives us time to shop and to enjoy traditional dances. Thanks for sorting mach John for making this trip memorable and we will us this company again because you painted it more than we expected.

The tour to Nairobi National Park exceeded my expectations. The driver/guide is very good, tried hard to find lion, rhinos for us. And we even saw a crocodile eating impala. But pls note that the price does not include the $90 entrance fee of the park. I did not know that, and did not bring money, so caught in surprise at the park entrance. And the pick up process took two hours!

Overall the day was expensive. The park fees were not included and not mentioned during the booking. I felt this was deceitful and should have been described when booking.

It was a lovely experience with a remarkable travel guide, Peter.

We had an incredible time with our guide who knew the park well and found all the animals we were hoping to see. He was incredibly knowledge and had expert instincts for where to find lions, giraffes, buffalo, rhinos, zebras, eland, gazelle. He got us great views and it’s hard to believe we saw so many things in half a day.

The tour guide Peter made the experience exceptional. Kind , happy , deep knowledge about the animals … pick up point was initially a challenge due to poor communication but they solved the problem efficiently. Am overall happy . It was a great experience

The guide picked us up from the hotel on time. There was one mishap when the truck would not start in the beginning due to a faulty battery cable. However that was due to the company just having service on the vehicle and they need to return the vehicle to the mechanic to correct the issue. However they were able to get the truck started and the rest of the tour went on without a hitch. He was very friendly and informative during the tour. The guide was also very accommodating with my family. I would use them again when I return to Nairobi with more family and friends.

Tour is nice. Guide / driver was courteous & well informed. Vehicle is not a Landrover as pictured but a dated & dirty van. Buy your park tickets online before being picked up. Bring your passport. The souvenir shop offers goods at 5-10x other shop prices.

My hand booked this trap on east minute but we we picked up on time despite Nairobi traffic. Game drive was amazing and I will use them again to witness animals imagination at masai mara. I recommend them

Such an amazing safari, i here people say that african time is always late. But francis the tour guide picked us 20mnts early which was unsually. And that why we saw many lions, a pride of 7 lions and a lion on top of the tree. The photos of girrafe and the view of the city was crazy. I would recommend tour company. Thenks francis

I booked this tour and I got no confirmation at all. It said my hotel was not listed and then I heard nothing. The day before I tried to cancel the booking but I could not find any record of the reservation so I thought it had not gone through. Then the day before when it was too late to cancel I got confirmation. I had already booked a different tour. The manager John was really unhelpful. I would not book this tour.
