We will begin our tour at 9:00 AM driving towards the Giraffe centre where you will learn more about the conversation efforts to conserve an endangered species and also enjoy watching the giraffes as they roam around. After that you may have time to visit Kobe Beads Factory (OPTIONAL). A truly inspiration place with impressive handmade ceramic beads, beautiful leather purses and stunning beaded belts. Its a unique factory as it employs single parents from the neighborhood who earn a living to support their families. Later you will be driven to your hotel for drop off while you embark with memories.
Ww had a great experience with Mercy who was our guide for the whole giraffe center experience and Kobi factory. Pickup was on time, well organized, the guide was knowledgeable in giving as whole story of giraffe Center and their facts. Kobe was another grateful experience. Got some beads . Overall we enjoyed the trip. Thank you lady Mercy for such an amazing experience..

I had just arrived in Nairobi and checked in to my booked hotel. I decided since I've got no meeting let me do a small activity which was a visit to the Giraffe Center. I made my reservation with Valley Rocks Tours which I didn't regret at all. I was picked up by a lady known as Mercy which was amazing and unexpected. Having a lady as guide is much more comfortable. She was welcoming and very humble. On the arrival at the Giraffe Center she helped me process my ticket at a very short period of time. We were given pellets (snacks for the giraffe) to feed them. Before feeding Mercy gave me the history of the Giraffe Center and what I can say Giraffe Center has come from far. After feeding we had a short break at one of the local shops, I loved the arrangement of the shop and it was very beautiful. I got some few stafs for my nephew and I. I didn't know there was also a visit to " KOMBE BEADS FACTORY". This is where they make beads from scratch. It was an amazing experience. The women sang for us " Jambo Hakuna Matara"😅. To make the long story short the experience was amazing and more than I expected. Was dropped off back by my good driver and friend Mercy. Thank you so much Mercy and the team for giving me unforgettable experience.
Not good also paied for tickets to get inside also 135 usd is too much for just driving us nothing more

The journey going was fine. The driver was friendly and helpful. The visit was enjoyable but the place was extremely small. That said there were a lot of interaction with the giraffes, which was why we went. The journey back was not so good. She got lost and we spent at least 1 hour lost trying to get back onto the road which we came along initially. Towards the end of the return journey the driver was obviously getting stressed and the driving left a lot to be desired. We did get back in one piece, but it could of gone so wrong. Overall realise that the place is very small but the animals are great. Depends on the driver for the journey. If the driver hadn't got lost I would of given it 5 stars. If we had got lost but the driving was better it would of been 4 stars.
Girrafe center was amazing but this mercy make it more since he was making sure we had all information we needed. I just say thank team valley rocks tours I recommend

Wonderful experience coming close to the giraffe we saw earlier in the Nairobi national park nad being able to geed them.
