Coffee Tour [Fairview Farm] With Coffee Tasting

This trip was amazing and made so by our guide, Elvis. He was so passionate about the product and life. I thought I knew about coffee but discovered that I really didn’t.

The farm tour guide was very informative and funny. I enjoyed getting some steps in around the farm and learning about the coffee process, history, and some Swahili. We were under impression TripAdvisor cost covered the tour fee but we were charged separately$30 USD on site, and felt a bit ripped off.

The farm tour itself is very hands-on; we even got to try picking the berries ourselves to learn about quality control. As a dedicated coffee lover, this tour was a game-changer. Nivlek Tours made the logistics effortless with a timely hotel pickup and a very safe driver. At Fairview Estate, we went through the entire 'bean-to-cup' process—from picking ripe cherries in the fields to witnessing the milling and roasting. The highlight was definitely the cupping session at the end, where we tasted different grades and roasts. The smooth, rich flavors of the medium roast were so good I had to buy a few bags to take home!

Just got back from Fairview Farm and wow , that coffee tasting was EVERYTHING! The tour was super chill, and the staff were like old friends by the end of it. Loved learning about the beans and how they're grown. The tasting itself? Spot on. Rich, smooth, and some of the best coffee I've had in ages. Highly recommend!
