I booked Airport transfers in Nairobi with Perfect Wilderness Tours and Safari for a business trip. The company were excellent- Lesley arranged my transfers and was easy to communicate with and always quick to answer any questions. The drivers Nuru and Benjamin were very friendly and professional. The whole process of booking was very easy from start to finish. And great value for money. Highly recommended 5 Stars!

Do not use!!! - They were 50 mins late - no one standing with a sign outside which was promised - no seat belts in the car - no airport conditioning in the car - the driver got lost and I had to give him directions

Driver picked me up from my hotel on time and got me to the airport ahead of schedule. He even helped me figure out which gate I needed to go to

I booked a car from my hotel to the airport. Gem was my driver. She arrived before my pick up time and was very patient in waiting. I only had 1 carry on bag and 1 backpack but her car was big enough to fit multiple large suitcases. She is very kind. Highly recommended!

Great and easy airport pick up. We booked them for a second pick up on our return to Nairobi. It took more than 2 hours to get through immigration. They waited and were very polite about how late the pick up was.

Was a small car instead of the pictured van. But all around great service. Was waiting for us when we arrived in Nairobi with a name card so he was easy to find.

The vehicle advertised for transfer from Jomo airport is not what I received. I requested a large (SUV/Van) vehicle because we had 3 large luggage; an electric wheelchair & my husband is very tall. The driver showed up in a small car that was barley able to fit our luggage. Ultimately, I didn't get what I paid for & the driver made it clear that he wanted a tip (the size of the car may not have been his fault).

No issues at all. Booked through tripadvisor, met at airport and picked up from hotel on time by Antony. Excellent customer service from both office (responding to emails) and Antony. Tip: if you want to get into the city faster, ask for the option to use the freeway with toll.

Online booking was very easy and communication was fast and easy. Even though my flight was an hour late, Ben was still there waiting for me and he texted me his location and a picture of the sign he was holding so it was easy to locate him in the Arrivals section. I would definitely book again -great service!

My drivers from the airport to my hotel and from my hotel to the airport were so knowledgeable and freely shared information about Kenya and her people with me. As they are the first people I interacted with, I felt at home!

We needed airport transfers but wanted to add in a stop at the giraffe centre too. Perfect wilderness were more than happy to help. Quick to communicate and our guide (Joel) was waiting for us as soon as we came out of the airport. He answered our questions along the way and was super friendly. Shame that I had already booked our safari tour with another company, otherwise I would of done our whole kenya tour with them. Highly recommend

We booked for an airport transport to central Nairobi and a city and giraffe tour. Our driver Paul was an excellent guide and driver. His knowledge of Nairobi’s road system meant avoiding delays and holdups and his knowledge of Nairobi itself added a lot to our experience of the city.

Arrived in Nairobi at midnight, no one was there for pickup. When we called, they were not prepared to pick us up. Made arrangement with gypsy cab driver, who permitted us to use his phone & ended up taking us to the hotel.

Excellent airport transfer pick up. As soon as I collected my bags and exited the airport I saw my name on a sign and was off headed to my hotel. Professional driver and I was so thankful having this arranged and not having to sort it out when I arrived.

We got transportation from the airport to our Nairobi hotel and again back to the airport at the end of our trip. Peter was our driver. Our plane arrived about an hour late and our bags were a bit delayed. So by the time we exited the airport we were about 2 hours late for pickup. That did not matter, however, as Peter was patiently waiting for us right outside the terminal despite us being super late. He helped us with our bags and made our way to our hotel. On the day of our departure, Peter was right on time for our pick up. Overall, the transportation made it hassle free!

Everyone was nice from Elizabeth to Peter. My flight arrived a day earlier and Elizabeth was very accommodating.... then once we arrived we were held behind at the airport but Peter was very patient. I would book with them again

I have to give a special shout-out to Paul and Simba. Both of these guys were very courteous, friendly and helpful. When we didn’t have local currency, Paul would find a solution on the spot so that we didn’t have to leave where we were, change currencies and come back. We did not only do an airport transfer with Perfect Wilderness Safari, we did a few things but I could only leave 1 review. We did a city tour, the elephant sanctuary and giraffe center as well as a tour of Ngong Hills. Everyone with Perfect Wilderness was very friendly, always made you feel safe and nothing was shady. Couldn’t recommend them more!

It is what it is. The driver was on time but the vehicle was rather old and dirty and did not start right away. The driver got the vehicle started, and we made it to the hotel.

This is long overdue from my trip in September! Santa was our transfer driver when we arrived in Nairobi to take us to Wilson airport for our safari plane- I was very nervous about it all working out but everything went beyond smoothly. Santa texted me when we landed so we could coordinate where he was meeting us. My husband had forgotten his malaria pills so Santa took us to a pharmacy so we could buy them. We also had more time on our hands than anticipated so he drove us around a little and took us to a coffee shop by Wilson to kill time before dropping us off at the airport. This was above and beyond an airport transfer expectation! The ride back to Nairobi went smoothly as well. The driver wasn't as friendly as Santa and also tried to make me pay for the transfer when he dropped us off, but that may have been a misunderstanding (I prebooked and paid for these through Viator).

Driver Black Santa was superb. Was waiting with sign for us. Took luggage and was very informative. He returned on time to take us back to the airport. Recommend him.

Our transfer was right there as we walked outside the Nairobi airport after getting our bags and going through customs. There was a circle of many people holding up signs, and it was great relief to see one with our name on it. He helped us with our luggage and got us to our hotel. All went very smoothly, which is exactly what you want after a long international flight especially when you are arriving at night. I would use them again.

We had an excellent transfer from a lovely driver called Santa. He was reliable, turned up on time and gave us a very warm welcome to Kenya. Asante Sana, Santa !

do not use their service them if you don't need to. i exited the airport at Nairobi and looked for the driver. The driver never showed despite i emailed them multiple times a few days before my trip. they promised to be there yet i got stuck while worrying missing my check-in deadline at the hotel. luckily there was another driver from another company who called them and they worked out a deal to take me to the hotel. at that point it was late night at and i was worried it was a scam because he was overly friendly(which what you will see at Kenya). Kenyan are often really nice and loving people. i took a chance with this driver and checked in. made it with an hour before that stop taking check-in. in short., if you want reliability and not worry about things, try a different method or go with the transport from the hotel.

The guy was not there at first but another driver phoned him and there he was. The sign was made up with my name on it when he arrived and he said he was there, but he was not.

very easy to book the deal and worked great! I was concerned about traveling to Nairobi for the first time. Picked me up and agreed to stop by an ATM for me then on to the hotel.

As expected with all my dealings with Viator, this was excellent. The driver, Steve Kariuki was waiting for us at the airport and efficiently got us to the hotel. Nairobi is a huge, chaotic city with incredible traffic problems, so having a trustworthy and efficient driver is important. In all our dealings with Viator, we appreciate the quality and efficiency of the people that they retain as it gives comfort when being apprehensive in such a foreign city. Thank you Viator for, once again, coming through!
