The national parks you go to are incredible, such a brilliant part of the world. The camps and accommodation are really nice and the people working there are so friendly and kind. James was a great driver on the tricky roads and we always felt safe with him. The tour is super affordable so that was a big positive. The company is a bit disorganised like we didn't even know what time they were picking us up and had to message them the night before to make arrangements. They also put a bunch of people with different itineraries in the same car which means U can waste a lot of time driving to different hotels, and waiting for people to finish different activities to you. Like they say you'll get back to Nairobi at 2pm on the last day but we ended up back at 6pm so it meant we had to cancel some things we had planned that night. The itinerary we had booked was changed the day we got there and the driver had no idea what itinerary we had booked and was kind of unprofessional telling us that it wasn't his problem to follow the itinerary we booked and we should take it up with Rose the manager who was pretty rude and dismissive on the phone and literally yelled at us for questioning the itinerary which kind of spoiled the day. We were just asking why the itinerary we booked was not being followed and honestly just wanted to clarify but she made us feel so stupid. Also every seat in the car was booked even the middle seat at the back meaning I couldn't even sit together with my sister on the safari, so that was kind of annoying. Also the hippo boat ride is kind of a scam we went out on the boat for 5 mins then spent 30 mins parked at some island whilst we waited for another person from our group who was doing a different activity to us to come back to the boat. It was a total waste of money and our guide was so unhelpful and just seemed like he didn't care about the guests and was sick of us when we would clarify what the plans were or times were. Like if he had just given us information about what we were doing the group wouldn't be so confused about the plan. The sights of Kenya are good and the driving skills were great but I think this company could have made the experience a lot better if they were more clear and helpful to the passengers. Thanks

The 3 day trip was amazing! We started with Masai Mara and saw 4 of the big 5 and visited a Masai village. One game drive at Masai Mara is enough. The camp we stayed at was very nice, safe and well organized. Yummy African food as well. On the last day we visited lake Nakuru and saw Rhinos (last remaining of the big 5). We had another stop at lake Naivasha and did an optional boat ride and a walking Safari which nicely rounded the trip off. We had the chance to see Giraffes and other animals up close. The guide was very experienced and explained a lot about the national parks and animals. The group consisted of 8 people which was a good group size in my opinion.
We had an amazing four-day safari with Safari Line Defender, visiting the Maasai Mara and Lake Nakuru. Everything was very well organized, including park entrance fees, accommodation, meals, transport and game drives. Communication with Rose was excellent from the beginning. She was professional, responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and worked hard to help us see as much wildlife as possible. We were incredibly lucky to see lions, a cheetah, elephants, buffaloes, rhinos with a young one, giraffes, zebras, hippos, hyenas, flamingos and many other animals. We even witnessed some unforgettable wildlife scenes. The safari offered excellent value for money, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Safari Line Defender to anyone looking for a reliable, well-organized and memorable safari in Kenya.
After researching and comparing several safari companies, I chose Safari Line Defender Tours, and it was undoubtedly one of the best decisions I made. As a solo female volunteer, choosing a safari company wasn’t something I took lightly. From my very first message, Rose stood out. She was professional, incredibly responsive, patient with every question I had, and even offered to speak over the phone something no other company had done. That simple gesture gave me confidence, and from then on, the whole booking process felt effortless. She provided a detailed itinerary, answered every follow-up question, and offered excellent value for money. Meeting Rose in person was just as reassuring. She and her team welcomed me warmly, made sure I had bottled water for the journey, introduced me to our driver, Shem, and trainee guide, Mike, and ensured I felt safe and well looked after before we even left Nairobi. The safari itself exceeded every expectation. The vehicle was modern, spotless and comfortable, Shem was an outstanding driver, and we were fortunate enough to see lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest and, incredibly, two leopards. Visiting the Maasai village was another unforgettable highlight and made the experience even more meaningful. If you’re looking for a safari company that combines professionalism, honest communication, genuine hospitality and great value, I couldn’t recommend Safari Line Defender Tours more highly. Thank you to Rose and the entire team for an unforgettable 2 night Maasai Mara experience.
Safari line is the best option to book your safari experience. From the planning, airport transfers, safari guide Samuel and the end experience was on point. The safari was outstanding and well guided. Rosa our point of contact was perfect as she was very responsive and understood our needs. Samuel was a very happy and easy guide. Both making this experience a memorable one. Would recommend 100%.
I want to take a moment to sincerely thank our travel agent and team for doing such an incredible job organizing our Africa trip. Everything was exceptionally well planned from beginning to end. The accommodations, schedules, tours, and overall coordination were handled professionally and smoothly, allowing us to truly enjoy the experience without stress. This trip exceeded all expectations. Every detail reflected care, experience, and dedication. The places we visited were breathtaking, and the experiences created memories that will last a lifetime. What impressed me the most was the level of communication, organization, and personal attention throughout the entire trip. It is clear they genuinely care about providing an unforgettable experience for their clients. I highly recommend them to anyone planning a special trip or adventure. Thank you again for making this Africa experience so amazing and memorable.
Rose was outstanding. Great recommendations, super attentive and responsive to emails and messages. Rose was on top of everything and ensured our trip was delightful and properly planned from Pick up at the Airport to Drop off. Everything was perfect. Our guide in the Maasai Mara: Samuel was very attentive, professional and respectful. He was a great driver and guide. We had an amazing time!! Highly recommended!!!
We are happy to have interacted with the Safariline team. Our team building activity was really good, providing us the best chance to bond as a Company during the holiday season at the beginning of the year. Thanks to our professional team lead and guide Mr. Njuguna, we really enjoyed. Our trip across Kajiado County and the host facilities was beyond comparison. We look forward to another one.
We had a really great experience on the safari. Thank you a lot for organizing everything so well. The game driver, Kenneth, is an excellent person. Thank you again ❤
Rose and her team were excellent in curating the right safari for us to the Masai Mara . We highly recommended her company
The expérience it self was great, our driver Peter is so professional and kind. But people in my tour who had exactly the same transport and hotel paid usd 260 less than me.im not sure if i should blame my operator or this App but anyway they both ignoring me after the money is in bank.my operator even told me they dont encourage ppl to compare price looollll bye
Really had an opportunity to see the big four. It was a refreshing experience especially because the guide understood our impatience..My son and my daughter have a perfect memory at a very young age.. Safariline must keep our contact details
Wow, where do I begin? This safari was full of memorable moments, amazing game drives with so many different animals, friendly and knowledgeable guides making us feel like we are part of the team. Accommodation was perfect, lying in those tents listening to a lion roar at a close range. It sure won't be the last time to book a safari with this company.
Since our arrival everything went as smoothly as far as we expected, and the night in Kenya and the dinner at Carnivore restaurant was amazing. The safari was a Topnotch on this trip, knowledgeable guide, friendly staff at the hotels and we spot a lot of wildlife in the parks. We will love to go back to Kenya and surely Safariline Defender will be our ground handlers.
We went to masaai mara with a few of my friends the experience was incredible would recommend any one visiting kenya to visit mara with safariline defenders
The safari was one of a kind experience. I learnt a lot from our guide. Ruth was fabulous and John was a profesional with big knowledge about annimals. The safari had one flaw: meals were the same throug the whole trip. Although I do highly SafariLine Defender.
I really enjoyed my safari to Maasai Mara, the tour operators were friendly and easy to talk to. I made new friends and got to see a lot of animals.Definitely worth my money.
