3 Days 2 Nights Group Safari To Maasai Mara National Reserve 4wd

Shout out to our amazing guide : Calvho Otieno. He was genuinely one of the best of the reserve. With a bit of luck and Calvho, we managed to see the big 5. He did not hesitate to talk with other guides and to the reserve guards to optimise our changes to see as many animals as possible.

Very amazing experience. The admission fee to the park was quite expensive and I had to pay a high commission to my tour operator to pay it by card. Special thanks to our driver/guide Kevin Odeny for having let us see a wide variety of wonderful animals.

We had an amazing trip to Masa Mara last week- we were able.to see all the big 5. Our guide and driver Kevin Odeny was very professional and made the trip unforgettable for us and found all the right spots to view the big 5.

Wonderful safari tour. We saw many animals. The Big Five awaited us.and many other animals. This is thanks to Calvho is always on the lookout for an incredible wildlife encounter. We saw everything we needed to see and experienced some truly wonderful things. Assante Sana Great 4x4 drive to see leopards, cheetahs, lions and lionesses.with security, decent accommodation and evening meals in a camp ...even the uie was there to offer us another side of the savannah! Amazing!An original picnic in the savannah under a tree. A very beautiful tour, but very expensive, especially the entrance fees to the park and the Masai Mara village.

Really had a great time with Calvho Enjoyed the safari around Masai Mara National Park, and between Nairobi and Masai Mara. He made sure we see Big five multiple times and gave insight about other animals and birds during the game drive as well. With him we completed our adventurous trip safely. Strongly recommended!!

We had a wonderful Safari trip with our amazing guide Calvho otieno! We managed to spot all the big fives in a very short time and we also spotted some lions hunting buffalos. Doing these experience with a 8 group people makes it even more fun. The accomodation was also perfect and comfortable. Food was very nice and all the staff treated us so warmly and kindly. I strongly recommend the visit to the Masai village as well! Such an amazing and move-in-a-lifetime experience 😍

Everything was well organized. All the meeting times were kept. The food and accommodation was simple, but very acceptable for the price. The Safari was very nice, but a bit stressful for us and the animals. Sometimes it would be nicer to stay at a distance and watch the animals act naturally. When we drove very close to the animals l, they often turned their back to us and walked away. We also wanted to spend more time with Zebras, Wilderbeasts, Warthogs and Antelopes and not only hunt after the "big 5"

It was an amazing experience and definitely worth the price. Our driver named Calvho Otieno was really good and got us really views of all the animals. Managed to see the big 5 and more. 3 day length is perfect to experience everything. Would recommend.

I love all the trips and safaris that have been done fantastically. Calvho was great to find the animals. I just want to comment for the campsite, you guys need to install the WiFi to all the rooms so we can more enjoy to post everything we got after the game drive.

We just finished a 3-days safari in Masai Mara and it was an unforgettable experience. Its exceeded all of our expectations. What made it truly nice was Calvin. We enjoyed an incredible safari at Maasai Mara National Park. We stayed at Mara Ntulele camp and everything was great. Clean rooms, hot showers, electricity, WiFi, and good food and service made the stay easy and enjoyable. The best part of course was the incredible safari! Kevin Odeny was our driver and he was the best! He went above and beyond to help us see all the big five animals (rhino, lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard) as well as the “ugly” five (wildebeest, warthog, hyena, marabou stork, vulture). It’s incredibly rare to see the leopard and rhino so we were beyond thrilled! Having been on safaris in other countries, I know just how rare it is to see them all. We also saw a cheetah, elephants, giraffes, and other animals. Kevin is very knowledgeable about the park and worked hard to ensure we all enjoyed our time. We did have some mechanical troubles but we were well taken care of while we waited for a mechanic. All of the drivers work together as a team and I appreciated all they did for us. If you’re thinking about this trip, do it! It’s very cost effective and has two park entrances. An evening game drive the first day and a full day the second day. He took us to some of the best-known areas where we could see lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and many other wild animals in their natural habitat. Calvoh was an extremely great guide. Very friendly. Had fun with us all. Knew the park and where to go and when to be there. Saw the big 5 on the first day. We had a rare opertunity to witness a lion kill from start to finish. Got us to the kill before 49 other vehicles. Kept us away from the rest of the packs of vehicles making it seam at times like we were the only ones out there. He deserves all 5 stars and more.

The guide drove us very well and showed us all the spots. We were very happy with the experience. Overall, it was a really good and memorable experience.

The hotel was decent, and while the food could definitely have been better—especially for vegetarians—none of that really mattered compared to the incredible safari experience. The whole experience was simply amazing 😍. From the hunting of views inside the Mara, our camp (Ntulele) and not forgetting our travel company 'perfect safaris'. Our driver Calvin was simply the best! It was a 10/10 for sure. I wouldn't change anything if I was to redo it. We really enjoyed it!

We had an excellent group of people from all around the world (7)., all got along great! Although the days were long, Calvoh did eveything he could to make sure we saw as many animals as he could. He was very patient even when people were not always on time. Such a nice person. The tour cost was reasonable, the Masai Mara gate fees far to expensive and the Rhino Resort could use some upgrades, but the staff were great. Can hardly wait to come back! Thank you.

We like how our trip was composed. It was enough time to watch everything. We had the best driver (guide) on the Earth. Calvin is well attended, careful, high quality driver. He is funny and friendly. And he find animals like a hunter - always know where to go, how close to be to shy animals, what's the best position to look at the hunting lion. Calvin goes to the most interesting place, where something excited is happening.

Amazing experience. Maasai Mara is an incredible place, and we were lucky to enjoy it with our guide Calvin. Everything was well organized from the start until the end (pickup, game drives, lunch times, etc…) The Rhino Camp, where we stayed, made its best to offer us vegetarian picnics. Dinners at the camp were self service, just fine, nothing to be remembered, with no meat substitute (like fish or eggs), and no yogurts/fruits/juice on breakfast. However, these are tiny details that we won’t remember. All the rest of this experience was above my expectations!!

This was the highlight of my trip to Kenya. Masai Mara is absolutely stunning. During your stay, you go for game drives; we watched a cheetah hunt and the wildebeests cross the Mara rider. It was fascinating! The lions are literally two meters from the car. You also learn a lot about the wildlife in that part of the world. It was one of my best travel experiences.

Our safari trip was very well organized. Everything went smoothly and without any issues, and the communication with the office was excellent from start to finish. However, we would especially like to thank our driver and guide, Dominick. Thanks to his experience, knowledge, and dedication, we had truly unforgettable experiences. He knew exactly where to go and when to be there, which gave us the chance to see incredible wildlife and witness amazing moments. He was an outstanding guide—professional, friendly, and highly skilled. We highly recommend this trip, it was absolutely amazing.

Castro is an excellent driver and a great person. He always knew where to go during the safari and got us to the best wildlife sightings quickly. He is a passionate guide who shares interesting stories and facts about the animals. Here are a few suggestions for improvement: It would be helpful to explain the daily schedule in more detail, such as approximately when lunch breaks and restroom breaks will be. Many people don't feel comfortable asking, so it would be good to check every three hours or so whether anyone needs a restroom stop. I understand that drivers communicate by radio and with each other to share information about animal sightings, but Castro stopped quite often to chat with his friends. While it's understandable, it happened a bit too frequently. One important point: if you leave one side of the vehicle with the wheels in a ditch and turn off the engine for more than a minute, the passengers are left sitting at about a 45-degree angle. It's very uncomfortable and can even hurt your back if you have to stay in that position for 10 minutes. Please level the vehicle whenever possible before stopping. Otherwise, Castro is a really fun and friendly guide. However, he sometimes drives too fast on the highways and overtakes many vehicles. Please remember that passengers should always feel safe during the journey. Thank you, Castro!

We decided to do a Safari in Masai Mara and it was completely worth it! On the first day we were picked up from Nairobi by Kalvin and we drove to Masai Mara, where we could do an evening drive that finished with the sunset. It was so beautiful, we spotted zebras, antilopes, gazelles, wildebeests, elephants and even a cheetah. On the second day my friend and I decided to do a hot air balloon safari for sunrise and then we continued with the programme that consisted of a full day game drive in Masai Mara. We spotted more animals like lions, hippos, crocodiles and more cheetahs which was amazing! Our guide and driver Kalvin was amazing. The was very skilled while driving, always ensuring the safety of the vehicle and passengers and also he gave us a lot of very useful information, so we also learnt a lot! We would totally recommend!

We loved this Safari!! A once in a lifetime experience, being surrounded by nature and experiencing wildlife is very special. There is one moment I will never forget: we were alone with our safari car and all of a sudden a pack of young lions called for each other and started to cuddle playfully, a very special moment. Independent of the tour, there are many safari jeeps around in the park in the main season and they are approaching the wildlife closely, which is sometimes disturbing for animals. Calvin is a funny and nice guide, we were only women and felt very comfortable with him. Highly recommended tour!

We had an incredible experience from start to finish! Our guide, Calvin, made the trip truly unforgettable. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and always made sure we were comfortable. You could tell he has a lot of experience, and he went above and beyond to give us the best safari possible. He worked so hard to help us find all of the Big Five, and thanks to him, we were lucky enough to see most of them. He also took us to the Kenya - Tanzania border, the Mara River, and to two breathtaking sunset spots where we enjoyed amazing views surrounded by wildlife. We did a 5 hours safari on the day we arrived and a full day safari the next day. Every drive was incredible, and we saw so many animals up close. The park wasn’t overcrowded, which made the experience even better because we could enjoy the wildlife without too many vehicles around. We stayed at Giraffe Camp, which was wonderful. The staff was very welcoming, the tents were comfortable, and it was the perfect place to relax after long days in the park. Overall, this was one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. Everything exceeded our expectations, and it was worth every penny. If you’re planning a safari in the Masai Mara, I highly recommend this company and if you can, ask for Calvin as your guide. He truly made our trip unforgettable!!

The our guide, Calvin, is so nice!

I had a great time in this Masai Mara safari camp. It turned out to be an all girls group so perfect for a solo traveller like me. Calvin (not Klein), our guide and driver, was the best at giving us special nicknames 🤭 He's very knowledgeable and tried to make the most of our experience by spotting animals or asking his friends if they spotted an animal, so we saw 3 out of the big 5, and saw 4 of the 'ugly 5' + more! It was also nice to meet his lady friend on our first game drive (a sunset one). He gave us plenty of time to take our photos and answer our questions. The accommodation itself was good- the basics you need (clean bed, working toilet and hot showers) and the staff were lovely and welcoming. Only thing is all 7 of us in the group were split into 4 different camps, so when it came to the accommodation, meals and picnic lunch, you can't help but compare and sometimes ours was lacking. Also, take note that the park entrance fees are hefty and doubles during peak season. It was worth it though.

I joined last minute on group safari to Masai Mara and had Castro as a guide! He did amazing with his driving, spotting animals, letting us stop and decide as a group what to search for and I feel he really went out of his way to offer the best safari experience for everyone in the group. We got to spot all big 5 and I saw more animals than I could have dreamed. The vehicle was nice and comfortable to spend the night in and the tent accommodation and food was quite appropriate for the price. Also we were moments away from being front row to see a river crossing of the great migration but the wildebeest turned back unfortunately.

Our guide Castro was fantastic! He made sure we saw as much as possible, including the big five! He was patient with us when we asked questions and made sure we all saw the animals from the best places. The camp was good and so was the food. It was an unforgettable experience and couldn’t recommend this safari more!
