We used to go from Nairobi to these 3 Masai Mara, Neivasha, Hell's Gate Safar. Lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes are great to see up close on the morning and afternoon game drives in the Masai Mara. The guide was well-planned and friendly. Thousands of zebras and wildebeest are swarming. In the third week Lake Neivasha Boat Ride and Zebra - Giraffe's roaming in front of the Hell' s Gate Bicycle Express! Accommodations were clean and food was good. This is the perfect place to visit Kenya for the first time. Highly recommended!

The THREE-Day trip was a dream come true for us. The guide was always with us and took us to where the best views are available. I was fascinated to see lions and leopards in the morning game drive in Masai Mara. In the afternoon, thousands of zebras and gnus looked like they were lost in African nature. Boat ride in Naivasha and cycling / hiking in Hell's Gate have given a different fun experience. Accommodation was good, food was good and transport was good. So happy to see so much in such a short time. Anyone who wants to go on a safari in Kenya for the first time can choose this tour without hesitation.

We had a 3-day private safari tour of the Masai Mara National Reserve. Picked up from hotel in Nairobi. Our guide Julius was very knowledgeable and helpful. The Big Five are the Lion, the Elephant, the Leopard, the Buffalo and the Rhino. In the evening on the banks of the Mara river Hippo and Crocodile look very beautiful. The entire trip was private, just us and the guide. There was no hurry. Accommodation was very comfortable and the food was good. We had a hot air balloon ride as an extra, which was the best part of the tour. I went to Lake Naivasha and took a boat ride on Crescent Island. All in all, it was a great trip. Perfect for people going on safari for the first time.

On the first day we left from Nairobi and reached Masai Mara, We saw a lot of animals on the afternoon game drive — lions, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes all up close. The second day was spent at the Masai Mara. The guide was very expert, showed almost all of the Big Five. Safari in the sunrise and bonfire in the camp in the evening - everything was perfect. On the third day, I went on a bike safari through Lake Naivasha to Hell's Gate National Park. Cycling among zebras, warthogs, giraffes is a different experience altogether! Hiking and seeing the gorge at Hell's Gate was also great. Accommodation was good and transport was good. The guide was always friendly and helpful. A big thank you to the whole team

The early morning game drive was unforgettable - just nature and wildlife reign around. Watching Hippopotamus and colorful birds on boat ride in Naivasha is really a wonderful experience. Hell's Gate - Walking among the zebras and giraffes was exciting. Accommodation, food and service were all top notch.

The game drives were exciting, especially in the early morning light, perfect for taking pictures. Cycling to Hell's Gate was the highlight of the second day - strolling through the dramatic canyons with zebras and giraffes felt like being on another planet! It was so much fun to see the hippos jumping right next to the boat ride on Naivasha Lake. We upgraded to a mid-range lodge, the accommodation was comfortable, the food was delicious (fresh Kenyan food) and everything was very well organized - no hassle. Perfect for those going for the first time. This tour is highly recommended if you want both the best part of the Masai Mara and the relaxing experience of Naivasha / Hell's Gate.

The best decision of our lives was to book this 3-day Maasai Mara + Hells Gate tour with my best friend! It was our first time in Kenya and we were both scared that we would really see so much for spending so much money. But on the first game drive, when a cheetah caught its prey from 10 meters away and we both screamed, we knew that our money had been saved! Our guide James was amazing. We two friends said we wanted to see lions and cheetahs the most, and he took us around the whole day so that we wouldn't miss them. On the second day, in the morning, we saw the Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard and rhinoceros on the same safari!).:) In the afternoon, we saw hippos and crocodiles while having a picnic lunch by the Mara River. Cycling through Hells Gate among zebras and giraffes is a different feeling.We both took so many pictures that our mobile memory was full.): The food at the lodge was also great,and at night, chatting with friends over a beer by the campfire felt like I was dreaming.

This tour is perfect for visiting Masai Mara and Naivasha. The guide took us very close so that the whole group of lions and elephants could be seen in front of the eyes. Our 3-day trip to Masai Mara and Hell's Gate National Park was perfect in a word! From the beginning, our guide explained everything very sincerely. In Masai Mara, we got to see lions, elephants, giraffes, and cheetahs from close quarters - it was like a movie! On the second day, the bike ride in Hell's Gate National Park was a great adventure. The landscape here is completely different. In the movie Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, where the shooting took place, I had the opportunity to walk there. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the food was good. Best of all, the guide's knowledge and empathy - he patiently answered all of our questions.

Best African Safari Experience have ever been to. The wildlife safari was animated and the guide was eloquent and exposed to diverse animal behaviors that helped us understand what African Savannah Wild really is!

My family and I recently went on safari in Kenya and booked the accommodations and game drives with Benecia. We specifically booked the Mara Sopa as it was recommended by a friend. Before departing from Nairobi and heading to Masai Mara we were told we’d been booked at another property. We were not notified of this in advance and were left with no other choice. The alternative property did not at all compare. The rooms were tented, the electricity only worked about 6 hours per day, the hot water was spotty and we did not feel comfortable or safe. It was dated, somewhat under construction and not the kind of place we thought we’d be staying in. Alfred and his team knew well in advance we were not booked at Mara Sopa and decided not to inform us. I found this to be very deceitful. Additionally, the driver provided, although a very kind man, did not have reliable transportation. On day two of our drive his vehicle broke down in the middle of the park and we had to wait 2 HOURS for some to pick us up. And when it was time to head back to Nairobi he picked us up in the same vehicle that barely made it the 5+ hour drive. The van cut off no less than 15 times and barely made it up the large hills on the highway. If you are booking a safari I would suggest going with a different company. Benecia cannot be trusted! If I could rate them ZERO stars I would.

We loved our safari with the best guide I should say. Mr Afred, he enlightened us alot about so many animals in the park, we gave him our camera and on our behalf he took many of our photos. thanks Alfred for the perfect organization.

I went on a 3 day safari private tour with my wife. It was our first time. The car (old mini-van) was inadequate for the experience. It had mechanical issues- would start several times. We got stuck in the mud several times, when all other vehicles are passing by. The driver did not communicate well at all. He never told us what’s happening or what he is trying to do. He just walk away from the vehicle with us inside for several minute in the middle of the night without say a word. My wife was panicking, thinking we will get kidnapped. The driver is very aggressive, and drives erratically. We got into an accident on our way back (2 car collision).- He said his break went out. (Not very reassuring) The only good thing about this trip, is we got to see a lot of animals including Lions, leopard, elephant and giraffes

Overall it was a great family trip. We saw most of the big five as promised however, the trip requires a lot of patience as animals are not located in a concentrated location. Lots of driving, lots of car time. Accommodation was luxury standard and was very nice, food was very good. The only downside was the tour driver, Ot vey very informative, not very talkative and did not hustle unless we pushed him.

Great first safari experience! Private driver/guide and private cook (both named George!) were outstanding. The wildlife and migration were amazing. Our driver George was friendly, and helped us get great views. He even helped other tour companies that got stuck in the mud! (George was clearly experienced - a pro!)

It is really great to do such a beautiful safari in a short time.

Marzenie o zobaczeniu Wielkiej Piątki (lwa, słonia, lamparta, bawoła, nosorożca) w Masai Mara spełniło się – szczególnie poranna przejażdżka z lwami i gepardami była prawdziwą ucztą. Przewodnik zbliżył nas bardzo blisko, wszystko wyjaśnił bezpiecznie i z dużą wiedzą. Rejs łodzią po Jeziorze Naivasha był spokojny i piękny – byłem zachwycony hipopotamami i ptakami. Jazda na rowerze w Hell's Gate była zupełnie innym rodzajem zabawy, uczucie spacerowania w naturze jest niesamowite. Wygodne domki i czyste jedzenie są po prostu pyszne. Podróż była doskonale zorganizowana od Nairobi do końca. Zapłaciłem dodatkowo za prywatnego przewodnika, ale było to w 100% warte swojej ceny!

Heti kun saavuin Masai Maran kansallispuistoon, upposin täysin villieläinten valtakuntaan – leijonia, norsuja, puhveleita, gepardeja ja gnuita – kaikkea näki läheltä. Toisena päivänä venematka Naivashajärvellä oli erittäin hiljainen ja mukava, ja pyöräily Hell's Gate National Parkin läpi oli koko kierroksen jännittävin osa. Majoituksen ja ruoan laatu oli odotettua parempi, kuin täydellisesti järjestetty paketti ilman mitään vaivaa. Tämä kiertue on pakko kokea Kenian matkalla – on harvinaista nähdä niin paljon niin lyhyessä ajassa!
