2 Days Amboseli Safari Using A 4x4 Landcruiser Jeep(with Options)

Very professional. Pickup was on time and at my hotel. Guide kept us informed of the plans. We spent the first evening and next morning in the park. Guide allowed customers as much time as they desired at each place we stopped for photos. As with all guides, he went where others had found something of interest. Lions, elephants, hippos, gazelle, warthogs, secretary birds, etc. Accommodations at AA lodge were comfortable, and the food was good. Guide provided us with masks and water, which was extremely welcome in the dusty conditions.

The safari was a really great experience. I was traveling solo, and even though the group I joined canceled, it was maintained for me. African Beast tours and specifically our guide Harrison were great. The communication with the head office before arrival was exceptional and they answered a lot of our questions promptly, especially around how ethical their safaris were. The experiences continued with great professionalism shown by Harrison, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about all things Kenya, animals, safaris and nature! He also drove us safely through the mad traffic and on the rugged roads. Pickup and drop off at the hotel. I cannot recommend them more, I would book with them with no hesitation. Joshua and his “trainee” Mikaya took really great care of my wife and I. We’ve done safaris before and had high expectations. We weren’t disappointed, Joshua provided expert driving, spotting and insights into all the wildlife we saw - and we saw a lot. Pretty much everything on our wish list was ticked off. Seeing the elephants up close, a sleeping Lion, Hippopotamus, and so much more. It left us feeling very privileged for the experience. The sunset against an amazing view of Mount Kilimanjaro was the perfect ending to our first day. Our camp did not disappoint, offering luxury camping accommodation, great food, drink and entertainment. Thank you Joshua and Mikaya for two really special days that we will never forget - truly amazing!

We had the best time we could ask for, simply amazing! We had the pleasure to have Kevin as our guide and he did an amazing job! Always awnsering all of our questions, not only about the Safari but also about culture things, always there to help in everything we needed! Because of him, his experience and his attention, we were able to see a lion and a lioness, cheetas, hienas, different monkeys, zebras, elephants, hippos, lots of different birds, gazelles, serval cat, warthog and ostriches. He was always telling us the different species we were seeing and telling us different facts about them. Also he took us to the best spots to take pictures of the sunset and the kilimanjaro. Even though the Safari is really worth it, we also believe, we had an even better experience because of Kevin. Best guide ever! Bruna and David

Joshua deserves a raise! After 2 flat tires and rude fellow travelers who made us wait for 1 hour in the morning, Joshua handled the situations with diplomacy, tact, and humor. Not only is Joshua passionate to find all of the wildlife for guests — he drove us to see lions just as the park was closing — but he also identifies the strategic locations to take the best photos. Overall wonderful experience and so grateful to share such an unforgettable set of memories! Absolutely recommend thanks to Joshua!

An incredible experience! Two days in Amboseli with Harrison as our guide. Everything went wonderfully. The trip was perfectly organized, and the safari experience was one of a kind. A big thank you to Harrison and his driving skills, which allowed us to see so many animals! I highly recommend it.

We booked a 2-day safari in Amboseli park incl accommodation, meals and park entry tickets. Everything was nicely organised for us and driver Harrison did an excellent job mastering the Toyota Land Cruiser and also making sure we would have the best experience in Amboseli. He is a fantastic guide, all you have to do is just ask. He also made sure we have some close encounters with as many animals as possible. Even spotted lions in the distance. The two day experience is split into an afternoon and early morning game drives both lasting about 4 hours. The sunset was truely magical. Could have only asked for a better view of Mount Kilimanjaro, but the tour operators do not control the clouds unfortunately .

Amazing experience! I recomend it very much. Everything perfect. Harrison was a great driver and great guide! “Elephants never forget” and we will never forget this experience of watching wild animals in their habitat, with the Kilimanjaro at the back.

nice 2-day Amboseli tour. The driver/guide was always on time, and was stopping any time I asked him to do for taking pictures, even if in the end the park tour lasted more than foreseen. Despite that and the traffic, e were back to Nairobi on time. Park is nice, views on Kilimanjaro (only on clear days), lots of elephants, very beautiful lake and water birds.

An excellent tour, well organised, with excellent, friendly and helpful guides and drivers. It’s a perfect length, we stayed in a great place - can’t recommend it enough!

We booked a 2 day 1 night tour from Nairobi to Amboseli. This was a group tour. The company was good with communication before the tour (booked from home). During the tour it would have been nice to have more information such as: introductions, briefing about stops along the way, drop off points/ pick up times, seat rotation, (we had to dig to get the information from the driver). Still our driver was knowledgeable about how to get up close to the animals (more on the later). I wish it would have been communicated before reserving that the people in the jeep with us would be staying at a variety of locations (we had to drop off and pick up at many locations). I had to mention to the driver that other tours we went on did a seat rotation and could we do that. The driver was on the phone A LOT (about 70% on phone and about 30% communicating with us). Our driver got us in position to see a family of elephants (about 24) cross the road directly behind our vehicle. We also had a great position to view a family of lions (3 cubs wrestling while an adult male watched them).

Perfection! Firstly the driver & safari guide, his name is Harrison was very kind , very knowledgeable about the animals we saw and also had a very good strategic way around the park to find perfect picture spots and spotted all the animals very quickly! The lodge was very beautiful, clean and food was excellent too. Amazing experience spotted all the major beasts and more than I thought we will. Amboseli park in my heart. Grateful 🙏

Kevin was great from start to finish. The attention to detail to Amboselli and on the return was excellent. The game drives were great while being respectful of the animals and environment. Spending many years in Kenya has afforded me many, many safaris, Kevin was well connected and created a superior experience. I stayed one night in Amboseli which meant 4.5 hours down then an evening game drive then a morning game drive and 4 hours back. Next time I would stay at a lodge in the park. This time I was at AA lodge which was fine. Staff were very friendly and food was well flavored. The beds and furnishings were the piece that could be upgraded.

The tour was right on schedule, everything as described. Harrie, the guide and driver, was so kind and explained everything clearly, and with his experience I spotted all the animals in Amboseli! He also helped with some amazing photo spots. The hotel (AA Lodge) was fantastic!

Harrison has been very professional and helpful, with an eagle eye to spot animals from afar. Perfect, steady driving from airport pick-up to airport drop-off and excellent explanations about the environment and the different species we encountered. Also, very punctual regarding hotel pick-up, but not hasty at all as regards wrap-up time. We especially appreciated how he could see we were interested in a particular specimen and would stop and let us take snaps or videos and also when it was enough and he would naturally move on. Absolutely recommended!

Harrison was a great guide/driver and put in a lot of effort to get the dream shots, especially of Mt Kilamanjaro! AA Lodge was good accommodation, close to Amboseli Park.

My brother and I went on a 2-day (and 1 night) trip to Amboseli National Park with African Beast Tours. It was an absolutely amazing experience with 2 wonderful safaris, nice food, a swimming pool, campfire place and a comfortable place to stay. Our highlight was definitely the safari's with two times a beautiful clear view of Mount Kilimanjaro and a big herd of elephants crossing right in front of it! We could not believe our eyes, it was stunning 😍 We want to give special thanks to our driver Harrison who went above and beyond for us to get the perfect shots of the beautiful wildlife and created a very pleasant atmosphere! Thankyou so much for an unforgettable experience!

Harrison was our guide for this trip and he was extremely professional and timely. He answered all of our questions without hesitation! We truly enjoyed day two of the safari because we saw Lion, lioness, tons of elephants and a beautiful view of Mount Kilimanjaro!

This safari was one of the best experiences in my life. I got extremely lucky, as I attended this trip during shoulder season (right at the tail end of rainy season), but we had perfect weather. I think this 2-day safari is absolutely perfect for those that are short on time and want to get the best bang for your buck. Harrison was our driver/guide and though he is a bit on the quiet side, he is very generous, very knowledgeable, really funny, and I felt safe the entire time. I was pleasantly surprised at the hotel accommodations - it’s not mentioned in the description, but we stayed one night at Amboseli Lodges which exceeded my expectations. There was a pool, the bungalows/cottages were beautiful, and lunch/dinner/breakfast were included. The only thing I found a bit odd about this lodge is that drinks (juices, bottled water, soft drinks) weren’t included, so be aware of that. There was also supposed to be a bonfire after dinner with the Maasai, but they never showed up at the hotel which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the spa services weren’t available during our stay. But for the actual safari - truly brilliant!! We saw an abundance of elephants, gazelles, mongooses, zebras, giraffes, birds, monkeys, and we even spotted a lion up close! We were also blessed to see the top of Mount Kilimanjaro during our morning game drive - and my oh my, it was out of this world. I would 100% recommend this tour for solo travelers, couples, and small families (less than 5 people). And be sure to pack light (a hiking backpack or very very small suitcase) as there isn’t much storage for more than than this.

We really enjoyed the experience. We spent one night and did afternoon and morning safari with Kevin. He was super helpful, very accommodating and got us some amazing views! We saw elephants, giraffes, lions. Cheetahs, various birds and other magnificent creatures. Would highly recommend Kevin as a guide.

We had an absolutely amazing safari experience in Amboseli National Park! Everything was well organised, and the wildlife sightings were incredible, with breathtaking views throughout the trip. Our stay at AA Lodge Amboseli was also wonderful — the lodge was beautiful, comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming. The Amboseli 2 day safari was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Harrison, my driver was very personable and knowledgeable about the animals in the park, the history of the area and the people, and a fantastic driver. He ensured I saw as many animals as possible even the elusive cheetah! The camp grounds were great for one night. I would highly recommend this experience for a traveler looking to do a safari without the exuberant expense.

Great Game Drive trip to Amboseli National Park. Kevin showed us around in an ok safari minibus and we saw incredible many fantastic animals incl Elephants, Thomson gazettes, Leons (having fun🤣), hyenas, giraffes, bird etc Fantastic place to see a lot of animals. Booked the luxury tent and it was really good. Great buffet with grill etc. all in all highly recommended

We had an exceptional guide named Kevin, he was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The ride was comfortable, and we had ample opportunity to see animals while traveling throughout the entire park. Although we were not able to see Mount Kilimanjaro due to weather, we saw a tremendous number of animals during the day trip. Pick up and drop off from our hotel in Nairobi was very convenient, I appreciate not having to do any of my own driving or traveling to a different place for pick up. It is a 3 to 4 Hour Dr. from Nairobi to the park, which is kind of long, but we had nice rest break along the way to get something to eat and do souvenir shopping. We stayed overnight at AA Lodge. I only had two days to fit in a Safari during this vacation and I felt like this was an outstanding trip for the price.

This was my first safari experience, and it was absolutely unforgettable. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized. The pick-up and drop-off service was smooth and punctual, and the communication before and during the tour was clear and reliable, which made me feel very comfortable. Our guide, Joshua from African Beast Safaris, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Thanks to his experience and sharp eyes, we were able to spot many animals, including elephants with Mount Kilimanjaro in the background. I also appreciated the flexibility of the tour and how the team adapted to our interests and pace. I highly recommend going on a safari with this company.

We did a 2-day safari and can highly recommend it! Our driver Richard was very friendly, helpful, and made sure we had a great experience. We always felt safe and well taken care of. The accommodation was nice and the price was fair for what we received. Overall, a great experience – definitely recommended!

On this trip to Kenya I visited Nairobi, Lamu island, Mombasa and did 2 safaris. The one to Amboseli was my most memorable since I chose the park for the proximity of Mount Kilimanjaro, which sometimes plays hide and seek, or so I read. I was contacted the day before by Joshua, our guide and driver, about pickup time and he was punctual. The drive to the park is not for the faint of heart and you definitely want Joshua at the wheel. I sat as copilot and witness first hand his superb handling of the Mombasa-Nairobi highway’s madness. Our game drives were very successful spotting animals at very close proximity but most importantly for me Mount Kilimanjaro was clearly visible both days dominating the background. The accommodation for the night was neat and the food provided tasty. All personnel we interacted with were professional and friendly. Joshua also was very knowledgeable about the animals. All and all, an amazing experience. I truly recommend the tour company and specially our guide/driver Joshua, man thanks so much for the adventure.

It's really difficult to describe in plain words all the emotions we experienced during these two days! The preparation and organization of our safari was at high level. Amboseli is perfect for a two day trip. We arrived in the afternoon and went on an evening trip. It is quite crowded in the key spots but this doesn’t stop you enjoying the amazing range of wildlife. This was made special by our driver, Joshua, who finished the tour with a spectacular view of the elephants walking towards the sunset with the amazing view of Kilimanjaro behind them. The next day was much less busy, taking us around the lake to see the hippos before accidentally coming across a female lion walking her four cubs to the water to drink - a truly beautiful sight. There’s a great view from the mound with scores of Superb Swallows chirping in the trees. I would highly recommend this as the perfect way to see Amboseli.

Communication via WhatsApp was very clear from the start and our driver, Kevin made sure we saw every animal we wanted to see over the two days as well as catching a lion hunt and some stunning views of the elephant herds at sunrise with the backdrop of the Kilimanjaro. Would definitely recommend if you have limited time and would like to do a safari trip from Nairobi.

Communications from the start of the booking to and throughout the trip was excellent. Kevin Kamau was our guide and was accommodating to any needs we had. During our two days he made sure we got great pictures with backdrops of Kilimanjaro, and was patient enough to know how the animals would move depending on the day. Cheetah, Lion, Elephants…all within 25 feet of the vehicle. Great experience

I had a great visit with thanks to my superb guide Harrison. I had a morning and an afternoon safari, both were great with lots of sightings of elephants, cheetahs, hyenas etc.

Harrison did a wonderful job spotting wildlife and making the tour run as seamlessly as possible! This tour was a great way to experience Amboseli in a short period of time - would highly recommend this tour, as well as upgrading the overnight stay to Kilima Safari Camp.
