Absolutely outstanding stay! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. The food was delicious, and the facilities exceeded expectations. The peaceful atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return soon.
I visited the place for brief business meeting. The reception, parking, service (breakfast), and general experience good. I recommend it. The location is also very nice, accessible from 2 roads.
“It’s a nice place. I checked in and out, and everything was clean and good. That’s all I noticed.”
I was once denied a space to perform my prayer. I politely asked the receptionist if there was a place where I could pray, but she told me they did not have any space available. Since I needed to pray, I quietly found a small area and used my shirt as a prayer mat. I made sure I was not disturbing anyone. However, when the receptionist saw me praying, she called security on me. I felt disappointed and embarrassed because I was only trying to fulfill my religious obligation peacefully. I believe the situation could have been handled with more understanding and respect.
Very nice and clear place! Nice location, just next to the Shopping mall and area with nice restaurants and bars. The service was very kind and well educated! We went to Watamu and from the hotel were so kind to keep some of our luggage during our stay. Defiantly recommend this place!
