Tribe Hotel

Staff and service are great. The only two issues we had was the bathrooms are all glass (with privacy strip). But any late night visits mean you wake the occupants in the room. The other was the noise from the staff outside early in morning and at night. Windows are thin and it gets loud early in the morning. Apart from that the hotel is great. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Our stay at Tribe Hotel Nairobi was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome with their warmth, professionalism, and hospitality. A special thank you goes to Francis, who truly went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. His dedication, kindness, and genuine care exceeded all of our expectations and made our experience truly unforgettable. We would also like to recognize Jeffrey from the Reservations team for his outstanding assistance. From the booking process through to our arrival, everything was handled seamlessly and with great professionalism.

Had an amazing start to our Kenya adventure with Mode 2 Travel at Tribe Hotel, Nairobi. The decor is stunning and the team were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. A great location next to the village market complex full of shopping and dining options. A big shout out to the fabulous staff and thank you to Baraka, Noah, Nina and Agik at reception, Sammy, Chef Chris, and Dennis in the restaurant to name a few. The entire Tribe team were fantastic.

My family and I stayed at the most wonderful Tribe Hotel and it exceeded our expectations! The service was top notch!!! The rooms were beautiful and the restaurant staff was amazing! Shout out to Baraka our chieftain, Joseph our super efficient driver, Sammy & Geoffrey from the uber delicious Jiko restaurant!
