Trademark Hotel

Nice place, great ambience, great food. Great staff. Next to Village Market was a plus too. However, I didnt like the room set up. The one I stayed in had wash basin out in the open. It downgraded the feel of the room as mentally I felt like I was in a kitchen of sorts. And what was that wall hanging. It was a long zipper I think in a black and white color, but it came across as a skeleton, left a creepy feeling.

Excellent service! The staff goes above and beyond. Lets talk about the breakfast, everything from fruit, stir-fry chicken, baked beans, coconut rice sausage potatoes, grape and strawberry Danish, banana bread, blueberry bread, croissants.... Fresh squeezed Passion fruit juice is the second to none. Im not even a breakfast person but the breakfast here gave me a new appreciation for it. The rooms are spacious. Service is impeccable. The internet is fast and the location is prime. Its connected to a Mall which has a variety of shops and eateries. Shout out to Pauline at the front desk. Jospa the shuttle bus driver and Jackie.

Very pleasant stay. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the service was consistently good throughout my visit. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, with all amenities in proper working condition. Everything I needed was available and functioning well, which made the stay hassle-free. Overall, a great place that offers comfort, cleanliness, and reliable service. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

We took the accessible room for a night. The room has the vibe of an older but still classy hotel. The bed was comfortable for my wife and I, the bathroom wheelchair accessible, no balcony but there was AC and it worked well. The tv was a little outdated but we felt well taken care of by the staff. We ate at the Harvest restaurant and had the best service from Paul. We had steak and pan seared salmon. All delicious. It helps that the hotel is close to Village Market so you can look around and get some souvenirs.
