It’s truly an uncommon hotel—far from your typical cookie-cutter stay. Every corner has its own distinct personality, blending great aesthetics with functional spaces. The entire team was warm and attentive, but a special shoutout goes to Jesse at the front desk. He went above and beyond to help me find a quiet, comfortable corner so I could host an important Zoom call without any distractions.

The staff made me feel at home the moment I arrived! This was my first stop on a tour of Kenya and is one of the most memorable hotels I’ve stayed in ever in my life. As an American, I can confidently say that this hotel would do well in other cities I’ve lived (Atlanta, Baton Rouge, Boston, Oklahoma City, and Seattle to name a few). Well appointed common areas. Great food at all the restaurants. Easily overlooked by guests, the hotel gym and shower pressure in my room were also top notch. I want to give a special shoutout to Oscar, Thomas, Darwin, Antonio, Ian, the chef at Copper, Donnella, and Emmanuel. I’m already looking forward to returning soon.
One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at ever! The service and people working here are fantastic and so helpful. The rooms are great. The breakfast buffet is truly delicious and offers so much variety. A special mention for The coffee they brew here. Excellent! Everyone at the front desk were the best. Thank you so much for helping us out each time.
Stayed here for 4 nights, it was a fun experience and I highly recommend it if you are in Nairobi. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, the rooms were good and quite spacious. The only thing I can think of that was negative was some days there wasn't any hot water for a few hours, not really a big deal. The food here was good, they have, I think 3 restaurants that were all exceptional. If you are just looking for a place to eat I recommend it. Overall, it was great experience and I highly recommend it there if you are in Nairobi for business or vacation.
Super small rooms, really small and we didn’t have any shampoo or conditioner. Secured the room by expedia.com and was surprised when we came to the reception area to check in. We had to pay an additional fee, and which I told them I wasn’t happy and they said I need to pay. The positive on this was a really neat brewery up the street, which was really nice. I would not recommend this hotel.
