I wasn’t in the hotel much during my stay as I was out for meetings but I enjoyed the service here. The staff were helpful and attentive to my needs. I only struggled a bit with the breakfast options as there were mostly asian. This is something to take note of when visiting as I didn’t see many universal breakfast options.

⭐ I had a wonderful experience hosting my birthday dinner here. The aesthetics were beautiful, the food was excellent, and all my guests loved it. Special thanks to Sir Sami for being a great host, and to the friendly waiters for their amazing customer service. Highly recommend this place for special occasions

Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with your organization. ​The level of coordination across your services is excellent, and your commitment to cleanliness is truly top-notch. It is clear that you run a highly organized establishment, which made for a very professional atmosphere. ​However, I would like to offer two suggestions for improvement: ​Fruit Temperature: I found the fruit selection to be served far too cold. For guests with dental sensitivities or tooth problems, this makes it very difficult to enjoy the fresh offerings. ​Morning Tea: On a few occasions, the tea served during the morning escort was cold by the time it reached me. Ensuring these beverages remain hot would greatly enhance the morning experience. ​Thank you for providing such a well-coordinated environment. I look forward to seeing these small adjustments on my next visit!
