Having stayed at numerous properties in the Kenyan capital, I can say without hesitation that this is the best 5-star establishment in Nairobi. A shame we didn't discover it sooner! Currently staying at the hotel in room 710, everything got off to a fantastic start at reception with Alex, who took great care of us and gave us a full tour of the hotel. Breakfast: a spread that rivals the finest international tables — sushi, freshly squeezed juices, excellent coffee, pastries, eggs cooked to order (including a flawless Eggs Benedict), and fresh fruit. Impeccable freshness and quality across the board. Room: modern, spacious, with mineral water provided — a detail that matters especially in Nairobi. Amenities: business lounge access lets you unwind and dine in refined surroundings, with high-quality offerings. Leisure and wellness: heated pool (a real plus given the climate), jacuzzi, fully equipped gym with brand-new Technogym equipment, sauna. The hotel's restaurants offer a menu worthy of a true 5-star establishment. Staff: service consistently meets 5-star expectations — attentive, professional, and always available. An address I recommend without reservation for any stay in Nairobi, whether for business or leisure.

I had a wonderful dining experience on Tuesday. The food was excellent, but what really stood out was the exceptional service from Solomon. He was warm, attentive, professional, and made me feel genuinely welcome throughout our meal. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Solomon, for the outstanding service.
Absolutely loved my experience! The service and staff were amazing. Thank you so much! I absolutely loved the Yoga class!! Such a wonderful way to send the week. Thank you Catherine. It was best
We had such a wonderful lunch at the hotel and truly enjoyed the entire experience. A special thank you to Mr. Christopher at the restaurant, who made our visit exceptional by introducing us to new cuisines, as we were open to trying the chef’s recommendations. His professionalism, attention to detail, and deep knowledge really stood out, and he made us feel genuinely welcome throughout. The food was absolutely amazing—beautifully prepared and full of flavor. A big thank you as well to Ms. Stella Kilonzo for consistently upholding such high standards and representing the hotel so well. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this experience!
The only reason any one would want to bomb this hotel is because their unnecessary security checking! I stayed at this hotel for a week and had to go out frequently due to work but every time I would enter hotel premises, I needed get out of the car along with driver and my bagpack for security scanning which is ridiculous considering the fact that we again had to sit in the car to just to drive 30 metres? Complete waste of time every time. Why don’t you put that machine at that entrance door instead of gates? My stay included bed and breakfast. Despite being the costliest hotel in Nairobi, other hotels had much better breakfast food. Your food was bland and often time, stale. Many times I wanted to skip that breakfast and just eat outside. Also they try to extract every penny out of you. Mini bar is not free and simple peanuts cost you more than 500 KES. If you order breakfast to your room, they charge you for the service. Room view was good but the bathroom was not upto the mark. Also the furniture was too user unfriendly and clusmy person like me could have easily injured myself. Totally not recommended unless you want utter humiliation, money and time wastage.
