Probably the best Radisson Blu premise I have stayed at so far. Rooms were clean, well setup. Pool area and Arborista pleasant areas. Breakfast was really good while lunch and dinner menu of main restaurant had too much indian food influence; perhaps good for fans but for me more than half of the menu was not within range of consideration. All staff was great, I really appreciated the way they tried to make sure all hotel guests are taken well care of. Arboretum nearby is definitely worth a walk inside. Locationwise I added four stars only, maybe I am a bit unfair as it might not have much to do with where the hotel ls - it took quite a long time wherever we went from the hotel but that may be due to the crowded traffic in Nairobi.
1000/10 🥰 Truly home away from home. The hotel was one of major highlight of my trip to Nairobi. The environment is safe and secure, the staff are were helpful in every way we needed. Loved the room too, very spacious and always clean with balconies in both living and bedroom. I still think of the breakfast, it was so good and endless. Everything was fresh and yummy. Thank you to Yvonne, Mitch, everyone at front desk including the guys by the lobby entrance. Shout-out to the chefs, all the kitchen and restaurant staff. I can't wait to visit again.
Stayed at Radisson Blu for a couple of nights and the experience was amazing. Really liked the open courtyard space/layout where you can sit and enjoy a meal/drink/coffee. They have a pool, gym, sauna, steam room and offer massages, everything you can ask for in a hotel when on vacation. The rooms were clean and all the staff was friendly. Highly recommend including breakfast when booking, you do not want to miss the extensive delicious breakfast buffet.
