Stayed here during a conference and had a great experience! The hotel was comfortable, the atmosphere was lovely, and the staff made me feel right at home. A big shout-out to Esther Odondi for the kindness, care, and outstanding customer service. People like you make all the difference. Thank you for making my stay special!

I love the hotel, I love the service at the restaurant but mostly I love the hospitality I received from a waitress by names of Veronika. This lady makes you feel at home and makes sure you are ok and her smile to clients is breathtaking! She has been my favorite person at the hotel. I also appreciate Joyce at the reception, she has great customers! The rooms are ok but one thing I did not like about the hotel is that they charge for room shoes and dental kits ( come on guys who does that ??) please if you can, change that and all will be well. Otherwise in general I had a good stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Park Inn by Radisson Nairobi. The hotel is comfortable, well maintained, and in a great location, but what really stood out for me was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly warm, professional, helpful, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to make my stay as comfortable as possible. A special shout-out to Brian and Joyce, who were absolutely fantastic. They kindly arranged a complimentary late checkout for me so that I could stay comfortably at the hotel until closer to my flight time. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made a huge difference to my travel day. It’s these little acts of exceptional hospitality that make a hotel experience memorable. Thank you to Brian, Joyce, and the entire Park Inn team for making me feel so welcome. I would happily stay here again and definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Nairobi!

We had a wonderful dining experience on the rooftop. The food was great, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service from the team. The waiters were friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout the evening. A special mention to Cynthia, who went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for such great service. We’ll definitely be back!
