Really not worth it. Reviews are very old. The place is very beautiful but the people there make it absolutely hell. We came with our puppies and the management was absolutely not friendly or accomodating. Things were not working. They take money in cash. Why do you claim the paybill is not working. Very suspicious. The cleaning is mediocre. They don't cook their own food. You must order and wait hours. I don't recommend at all

UNSAFE, RETALIATORY, NO REFUND – AVOID AT ALL COSTS We booked 5 days for our parents’ 25th wedding anniversary and escaped on day 3. The experience was shocking and distressing. From arrival: no lights, a detached and dangerous toilet seat, no hot water, a freezing pool falsely advertised as solar‑heated, dirty rooms, and we were instructed to reuse filthy towels from the floor. After we raised complaints, a staff member was reprimanded. Soon after, soap was discovered inside the main 20L drinking water container. Staff who live on the property had access. The timing strongly suggested retaliation, and we felt extremely unsafe staying overnight in this isolated location. On the final day, actions by staff raised further safety concerns, and attempts were made to interfere with evidence we kept. The situation escalated from poor service to fear for our safety. The manager, Ann, was rude, dismissive, and took no accountability, later stating the property is not maintained because it is being sold. Rain leaked through the roof and damaged our electronics. Despite all this, a full refund was refused. Payments were taken via personal lines, and no assistance was provided when we left. New guests arriving as we departed were treated noticeably better, which was deeply offensive. The online reviews do not reflect the reality we experienced and feel misleading. I am a Local Guide and I would never recommend this place. This is burning money and not worth risking your safety or peace of mind. Stay elsewhere.

We stayed at Nyati Hills in September of 2018, I adore this place. My partner preferred more hustle and bustle of the city. It is very secluded and to me it was a little haven of tranquillity. All the bedrooms are situated in a little cottages and have a private sperate kitchen area. The view from the pool is straight into Nairobi national park, and if you are lucky you can spot various animals in the park. When we were there were few other people and we pretty much had to place to ourselves. If you can hire a car with chauffeur for the day, there are quite a few tourist attractions nearby. The food from the nearby restaurant was very delish.
