Norfolk Towers Serviced Apartments

Very safe, clean, roomy accomodation. We had everything we needed & more. The pool is also such a fun benefit.

I wanted to spend a night there with a friend, cook something and work on various projects for our organisation. The 'cooking' took hours (just pasta with a little sauce). The reason was that the stove wasn't working. We were then 'redirected' to a neighbouring room, just to cook. Here too, the stove wasn't working. Then the same procedure again. However, one floor below, and only for cooking. Here, the stove worked for ten minutes, and the sauce was ready. We couldn't cook the pasta because the stove stopped working again afterwards. Honestly, that's not acceptable. The staff were super nice, helpful and friendly. But the result was disastrous. I will never stay there again. The furniture also needs to be replaced or restored. When we checked out, there was an obviously sincere apology, but not a single word or even the slightest hint of at least a partial refund from the management – not even an email, even though they have my details. What a shame!

You get what you pay for; room is good size and equipped with basics like kitchenette and lounge area. Would not have booked if I had known room was on third floor and no elevator ! No air conditioning, yes we can open windows but no insect screens on any windows. Arrived late at night from flight in to find only one towel for 2 guests and NO hot water. Apparently there is a switch you need to turn on for the hot water service; no information in the room about this, got told at reception the next day when we asked why no hot water. Very noisy location being so close to major roads and can't block it out as you nened windows open in the heat. Very slow wi fi.

Stayed 2 nights in two bedroom apartement a week ago, 1 room with king bed and 1 room with twin bed, it was perfect, large living room with balcony, full kitchen set, dining table, smart tv & internet.. also good location and big parking area, they also have swimming pool, but we didn't swim coz it was too cold to swim, Reception was nice, we arrive at 3am in the morning, they open 24 hours, overall my stay at this apartement was nice, thank you
