The snacks were yummy. There was excellent customer service moreso provided by Collins Cheruiyot. The room was exemplary, well arranged and clean. The equipment was well set-up. The location is favorable. No noise and good atmosphere.
My experience with safari has been pleasant and more refreshing. I like the bathroom arrangement with adequate amenities. The lighting are adequate. But there is need for small fridge in each room. As much as like my room (818) to have view of the environment, it was far off. The service by the staff were very courteous, special from IRENE and her colleagues.
