Excellent! Team on the property was helpful and prompt, apartment was great and kept clean, my siblings and l stayed here for a month and we highly recommend. Violet at the front desk was extremely helpful, Michelle and all the staff there were excellent. We were a busy bunch and they were there if we needed help. Can’t say enough about the team. The location is excellent, walkable to restaurants, shopping, and other amenities. The apartments are spacious, comfortable and the overall ambiance of the entire complex is amazing.
It was a very pleasant stay in Kates hotel & Residence. Huge room abd good facilities. 3 minutes walk to Sarit Centre. Sarit centre has a good food court with variety selection of Halal food. A good kenyan based toiletries available in the bathroom. Very safe environment and a lot of trees around the compound.
I stayed at Kates Hotel & Residence for 14 nights and it was absolutely beautiful. The residence was clean, comfortable, and felt like home.
The best part was the staff — very good employees. They were welcoming, helpful, and made our long stay so easy.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful place with great service. Will definitely come back!

Absolutely loved this place. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The ambience is simply to die for... the whole space has this beautiful, relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to stay for hours.
When it started getting cold in the evening, they even lit up a bonfire for us, which was such a thoughtful thing for them to do.
Great service, amazing atmosphere.... I’ll definitely be coming back.
