Great place but there's a rude lady at the dining/kitchen section. Didn't quite get their name. Pretty sure I'm not the only one who didn't like her service.

Warm welcome, beautiful place. But a lot went wrong. Waiting for lunch, we had a visit of a monkey-mother with a cute baby. But we assumed, she did not want to show her baby. We asked the waitress, if there is a problem with the monkeys. No, there is not,was the answer. Lunch was just standing at the table, another monkey jumped on the table, took some potatoes and vanished. She left a big mess. We got some chips a little later - potatoes were not possible - but chips were fine. One piece of meat was fine, the other one could not cut with my knife. Nobody came to ask, if it was okay, so we shared the good beef. Vegetables were delicious. Now we were protected by the waitress and another young woman with slingshots. We ran out of time, so we asked, when we paid the bill, wether we could have a brandy from Kenya as a compensation. Asking the boss and back and force - the waitress did not want to understand it, though her English was very good, they asked, if for the monkeys or for the beef, because something with the oven was wrong. For me it does not matter, what is happening in the kitchen.. For me it is interesting what is on the table. They never give any compensation, was the end of the discussion. Wrong decision....

Very nice place, clean and comfortable. I love the garden. We had a nice dinner, food was very tasty.

Good location , good staff but the worst manager Frida. She was so mean and rude. I won’t recommend a group of Peaple. Image telling a client to pay for drivers 500shs that they enjoyed the comfort of your hotel chairs. Very disappointing
