Great location! Free shuttle to the airport. Close to the airport but not within the airport security check so still easy to get in and out and get food delivery. Clean rooms and friendly and helpful staff. Love the breakfast. The beef steak is amazing.
Great stay! To cover our long layover time between flights we choose to stay at Hilton Garden Inn. From the booking till the checkout it was a great experience! Clear communication regarding shuttle service, check in including a couple of hours earlier available and the food at the restaurant was seamless, good and genuinely friendly. Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable and a really good shower!
Moved to this hotel from the city center a day before my flight to avoid any traffic delays and the service was great. The rooms were neat, the staff were polite. There was a bit of wait with requests I made through the hotels intercom and the AC wasn’t cooling very well. But it was a 9/10 stay for me.
Visiting from Australia and had 2 great nights here. This is a high end 5 star hotel in all respects. Customer service was outstanding. The room was cool, dark, quiet with really comfortable beds and pillows. The bar and restaurant area is really lovely - food was outstanding and waiting staff are always ready anticipating your needs. The morning shuttle to the airport was busy but the hotel has numerous vehicles which they quickly arranged so that guests could get to the airport on time. We will always try and stay here next time we are in Nairobi.
I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn and had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The rooms are well appointed, clean, and equipped with all the amenities one would need for a pleasant stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the ability to connect my phone to the TV via Bluetooth and enjoy my music through the sound system. It was a thoughtful feature that enhanced my stay. I also loved the in-room products. The shower gel had an amazing fragrance, the soap was excellent, and the lotion was equally impressive. These small touches contributed greatly to the overall guest experience. The restaurant was another highlight. It is beautifully designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere for meals throughout the day. The food was consistently excellent, and the chocolate fudge dessert is simply unforgettable. The standout experience, however, was the culinary team. I had the pleasure of meeting the Executive Chef and members of his team, who were incredibly warm, friendly, and passionate about what they do. The chef prepared one of the best omelets I have had, with cheese, chili, and onions cooked to perfection. Every interaction with the kitchen team was a delight, and their enthusiasm and genuine hospitality kept drawing me back to the restaurant. Thank you to the entire team for a memorable stay. I look forward to visiting again.
