I had the pleasure of enjoying a reserved lunch at Gelian Hotel, and the experience was beyond my expectations. From the warm reception to the impeccable service, everything was handled with excellence. Special mention to Ken, our service attendant....his professionalism, attentiveness, and charm were a solid 10/10. He made the entire experience feel personal and elevated. The ambiance was serene, the food delicious, and the hospitality unmatched. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality service and a memorable dining experience in Machakos.
