Checking in was very smooth and the reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room was well maintained and large king size bed was super comfortable. Breakfast is great choice of food and omelette made to order. Shuttle bus to airport was excellent, the driver even turned back to the hotel as I forgot my charger! He called ahead to the concierge who retrieved my phone charger. Great customer service! Thank you ☘️
Exceptional Service That Made My Stay Memorable During my recent stay, I was truly impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the hotel staff. Special thanks go to Hesbon, Chief Security Officer, and Henry Mwendwa, Front Office Manager, who went above and beyond to assist me in retrieving a delivery package from outside the restricted airport zone. Their polite manner, efficiency, and genuine dedication turned what could have been a stressful situation into a highlight of my visit. It’s rare to encounter such outstanding hospitality, and their efforts made my stay not only comfortable but unforgettable. I wholeheartedly commend them for representing the hotel at the highest level of service. This is customer care at its very best, and I will always remember the warmth and professionalism I experienced here.
Had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very clean, well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is excellent. The restaurant was also very good, and a special appreciation to the Indian chef who was kind enough to prepare food according to our requirements even when it was not on the menu. The location is also a big advantage as it is close to the airport, making travel convenient and giving an added sense of comfort and security. The staff were helpful and professional. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.
Great for the first couple of nights of our vacation. Daniel met us at the airport, took us to the hotel, and got our bags to our room - very professional and pleasant which was appreciated after a long journey. The hotel has security screening for all entering vehicles. The breakfast was very good. Our room was clean and comfortable. No complaints and would definitely stay here again.
The Four Points by Sheraton Aiport is very well maintained and has all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay including pool spa and gym. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and quiet and beds are super comfortable. The best thing about this hotel is the amazing staff who make greet you with warm smiles and make you feel so welcomed. They are never rushed and everyone is willing to make your stay comfortable. Special mention to all front desk agents and in particular 'Perpetual' who has checked me in a few times and provides a wealth of information on local activities and attractions. The only reason this hotel didnt get full 5 stars is only because of location to activities. But that is to be expected for a airport hotel. Otherwise I always enjoy my stay here.
