Fairmont The Norfolk

I just visited for dinner but I had a lovely time! I arrived a little early so I could have a look around and take some photos. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the hotel is beautiful. At dinner I had the cocktail with maple syrup (I forget the name) which was excellent, as was the chocolate dessert. I had the spaghetti bolognaise which was sadly not so good. I would definitely return though, the service is wonderful!

Hard to fault! Great place to stay if you want to feel like you're in the heart of the jungle but stay within the city. The staff were lovely, food was great and the housekeeping exceptional! Everyday we had a new fresh rose placed in a vase in our bathroom. Note: We stayed at 3 separate Fairmonts throughout Kenya and they were all amazing!

The service was extraordinary and truly the highlight of this hotel. Every member of the staff, from housekeeping to the bell staff and the front desk team, was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional. The hotel has a unique charm that made my stay very enjoyable. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It feels like a peaceful oasis in the middle of busy Nairobi. I would happily stay here again.

This is a bite of luxury in the middle of Nairobi. We came for one night as part of a birthday celebration and from the money we drove up til the minute we drove away we had an amazing experience. We were able to utilise the hotel facilities while our room was finalised, and then we could check in early. Nothing is too much trouble, no question is unanswered. Dinner and breakfast were top class, with friendly, attentive service to match. The staff provided so many little extras for the birthday as well which was a real cherry on the cake. Perfect weekend night away.
