From the moment I arrived, the place had that “wow” factor—modern, elegant, and perfectly situated in the vibrant Westlands area. The entrance and lobby area felt welcoming and upscale, with a clean, contemporary design that immediately sets a high standard. My guests raved about how comfortable and spacious their rooms were, complete with beautiful city views. If you’re looking to experience Nairobi’s vibrant city life but still want a sophisticated, quiet escape, The Ivary Lounge at Dusit Princess Westlands is the absolute perfect spot! It is beautifully tucked away in a peaceful area of Westlands. I visited The Ivary, which is their stunning rooftop bar and restaurant, and the ambiance was incredible. To top it all off, the service was exceptional. I was waited on by Mary, who was absolutely amazing.

I spent 4 nights at the Dusit Princess Residences in Nairobi and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The environment here is calm, peaceful, and quiet. It feels safe and cozy, making it the perfect place to unwind and feel completely comfortable after a long day. The staff here are exceptionally polite, courteous, and always ready to help. Every meal I had was excellent, and the overall quality of service is truly high-end. The rooms are also beautifully maintained and very comfortable, which made my extended stay feel like a home away from home. A special shout-out goes to Coach Elvis, the gym instructor! I met him during my stay, and he was incredibly polite and helpful at the gym. The hotel will be 2 years this June, so congratulations and keep up the excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel and gladly give it a well-deserved five stars!
