Nice hotel with great atmosphere. The decorations were excellent and common spaces were large and beautiful. They take security very seriously and we felt safe inside. The service was excellent and we were treated with respect. The breakfast was excellent with a large variety items, including made to order omelets and pancakes.
Be careful on checking in. Be careful when something doesnt work. Watch for any debits before agreeing to paymeht holding deposit. Front reception full of mistakes. Very nice breakfast Manager. Welcoming and professional.
A wonderful stay at Hilton Double Tree. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A great place to stay, and I would happily return.
I had a wonderful stay. The service was truly exceptional, and the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to the receptionists Wendy, Gloria, and Jackline, Catherine who were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was organized, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a pleasant stay. I look forward to coming back again!
A great hotel in Nairobi! The food is good the rooms are clean the pool is nice and the gym is adequate. It’s also close to all of the places we need to be going so it is very convenient for us.
