I booked this hotel intentionally to be close to the airport. Haven't checked into my room yet but I am confident I wont be disappointed. The service in their Restaurant is impeccable. Thank you to an appropriately named lady called Joy. The local beer is delicious and the cream chicken pasta exquisite. Both recommended by dear Joy. I look forward to my nap now. The portion is abundant.

Lovely hotel a short distance from airport.. Clean comfortable rooms. Lovely roof top bar. Very polite attentive staff. Mary at breakfast was particularly lovely, received great service from her along with tea recommendations. A small issue we experienced was dealt with professionally by staff including Vincent. Would highly recommend.

We stayed a night and had a day room before our 11PM flight. The staff is wonderful including Susan at the pool bar and our wonderful pedicurist at the Spa. Recommend before a flight out. If you are staying in Nairobi to site see I would recommend staying in another area as it is directly on airport property and away from a lot.

My stay was 11days and overall I’m very happy with the general service of most staff and facilities. The rooms were absolutely fantastic super clean and comfortable with regular room service keeping everything tidy. A very comfortable bed with plenty of space in the room in general. The only issue I had with the room was the water temperature went up and down sometimes in the shower but besides that absolutely no complaints on the room. The service was mostly top notch as well with plenty of staff being very friendly and always willing to help out. Some will go the extra distance to even remember your name amongst the many guests they cater to on a daily basis, are good conversationalists and generally caring towards their guests. Mr. Amit for one from day one regularly checks on his guests making sure they are alright during their meal making sure their wants are catered to, even personally sorting out any issues and orders. On my first day I had ordered an omelette which after 35 mins I had not received, however Mr. Amit noticed this approached me about it multiple times and personally went to have staff prepare my order as it had been forgotten and even apologized on the other staff’s behalf. Fantastic service from him I really appreciated it and it really made a difference. Another staff I’d like to commend is Waitress Ms. Sure. She always has a wonderful smile on her face, when speaking to customers she has impeccable customer service and is a wonderful conversationalist making sure to balance her work and having a quick chat when able, made sure to make me feel comfortable, was always willing to answer my questions and provide a welcoming atmosphere for her guests. Her great service definitely contributed to a more pleasant stay over all. I’d also like to commend the bartenders at the pool bar unfortunately I didn’t get their specific names but they were all very friendly and had very good suggestions on drinks with a great knowledge of their products, they made sure to prepare the drinks in a timely manner with great balance of flavors. I was working at the airport for the duration of my stay so the location was absolutely fantastic with only a 5mins drive from the hotel to Terminal 1 making my daily commute very convenient this was made even better with shuttles provided by the hotel regularly to and from the hotel. The only thing I’d say was annoying about the location is that uber drivers would often ask me to cover their entrance fees for the airport toll gates?? And Uber Eats doesn’t deliver all the way to the hotel as the motorcycles are not allowed to enter airport grounds which is very inconvenient, these issues however aren’t the fault of the hotel but just the only things I’d noted. Besides these two things though everything else was no problem for me on the location.
