The hotel is good but the best part was how cooperative the staff was. Our flight was delayed and staff was very adjusting and cooperative to allow me late check out. Great job Valentine in customer care.

I had an amazing experience at Bidwood Hotel, and the complimentary upgrade made my stay even more enjoyable. The overall service and ambiance were great, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The couch in the suite was extremely dirty and should either be properly cleaned or fitted with washable covers. Additionally, it would be more convenient if plates and cutlery were readily available in the kitchen rather than only upon request. With these small improvements, the experience would be perfect.

This is a wonderful hotel located in the best neighborhood in Nairobi. It is walkable to several really nice malls, the Westland Market, and many restaurants. There are also pharmacies and medical clinics nearby. The restaurant food was excllent! The rooms (apartments/suites) were so very nice. So spacious, comfortable and clean. We felt like we were home! Nice balcony overlooking the pool! So nice! I definitely recommend this hotel when traveling to Nairobi!

It's a beautiful place with airport transfer services ($40 per trip) in a clean and well-ventilated vehicle. They have a 24 hours bar and restaurant with good food and a wonderful pool with exceptional ambience
