Although my stay at Best Western Premier Westlands was only for one day, it was exceptional. Thank you to Daniel at reception, Vincent and Mitchell at the restaurant, the amazing kitchen team for the delicious breakfast (especially the omelettes), the housekeeping team for the spotless room and quick service, and the 11th-floor bar team for the wonderful hospitality. A special thank you for making my guest's birthday so memorable with the cake and birthday song. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, warm hospitality, and a memorable stay. I'll definitely be back!
I had a two weeks stay and I must say it was fantastic. Rooms are very clean and spacious but more importantly, the service and staff were amazing and extremely helpful.
The restaurant at the hotel has fantastic food. I tried different dishes and every single one was super tasty.

This was a very nice, clean hotel. It was a cozy stay. The food and service was good. I felt safe here with the security and guards.
The shower pressure was great and hot, except one of the nights it was ice cold! Not sure what happened.
We had a bit of an issue coordinating transportation with the hotel. Our driver never showed (until I think after we left the airport) and they still charged us for the ride because they eventually still sent the driver. That was unfortunate but it is what it is.
I had a wonderful stay. Great location, very nice room, good AC, great bed, everything clean, working and convenient. I absolutely loved the breakfast. What a value. It was so nice after a 24hr travel with multiple flights. Just what I needed to rest for two nights and spend one day in the city. Totally recommended.
I'm here to give my honest review. I would highly recommended this hotel especially for muslim or those who want to come to Kenya for meeting with your client/customer. All the staff are very friendly even all the local people are very nice. All the staff provide high class service and able to provide solutions fast to any issue.
