Good location. Free street parking only. Patio with 2 chairs and table. Electric tea kettle, small sitting area with sofa, chair and coffee tables. Best water pressure and assorted shower heads in any of our hotels. Only reason the rating is not higher is because at the middle of the night when we were sleeping… the door to our room suddenly opened by a staff member said we had a power failure earlier. There should have been a better way to handle that than opening the door. We think we heard knocking but again- we were asleep- that was very disconcerting. We quickly dressed to see what the problem was. There was a lady still outside and relayed the power failure. They should know which rooms are occupied, still think it was weird they unlocked the door in the middle of the night.

New hotel so everything was impeccable. But on the first night after we went to bed, there was knocking and we thought it was next door. Then the door unlocks and someone comes into the room! Turns out to be hotel staff because of blackout. Our lights worked fine so this was very strange. I called front desk and they said there was a black out but why would they enter your locked room? Also no parking so prepare to circle around for a spot on the street. Otherwise close to old town about 10 min walk.

We had a wonderful stay at Liberty Nafplio! The rooftop garden is simply magical, with stunning views of the fortress and the city — perfect for a romantic dinner or a morning coffee. The whole hotel feels fresh, stylish, and cozy, and the service is top-notch. A place we will remember and return to again!

We stayed at this hotel from July 6 to 8, 2025. While advertised as a 4-star property, it felt much more like a 3-star experience. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly — especially the lady at reception who spoke several languages fluently and was extremely helpful. The location was also convenient and worked well for our plans. However, the overall experience lacked the comfort and quality you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. The rooms were small and far from luxurious, though they were sufficient. Breakfast was extremely basic, with very limited options, and the rooftop bar was similarly underwhelming. There was also no parking available, which made things a bit less convenient. A decent stay, but expectations should be adjusted accordingly.
