We reserved a ride after difficulty securing a ride from the airport in Crete. Easy transfer from Mykonos airport to our hotel. Our driver was prompt and courteous. He gave us tips on what to see during our stay.
This is the best private taxi service I have ever experienced. Everything is superior from the organization, the pick up, the drivers, comfort and ease of use. We used the service on 4 days and communication was a joy, all drivers a very kind and true gentlemen. They always stepped out of the car and even stopped traffic, so we can enter the car easily. The cars are clean, comfortable, we could play our own music. Pickup was so hasslefree, no matter at what time. In general I would highly recommend this service, the best in Mykonos!
Incredible service from start to finish! The drivers were absolute gentlemen—always punctual, friendly, and expert navigators who knew how to avoid traffic. They played music of our choice, offered great local tips, and even welcomed us at the airport with a complimentary beer. I was truly impressed by how calm, relaxed, and on-point they remained throughout. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Any time I visit Mykonos, I entrust all of my ground transport to Alfred and his team. Since first looking after me in 2019, he has always been super efficient, punctual, and discreet. His vehicles and drivers are immaculate, and there's always a smile and some insider knowledge to make the trip go more smoothly.
The BEST on the island honestly amazing service cannot recommend enough! They were always on time and also managed to get us bookings everywhere we wanted to go! Just the best!
Amazing people, very helpful, always on time, they can transform the van into a club😁 Great company, I highly recommend it!
We had an amazing experience with our driver, Alfred. Excellent customer service, helpful, professional and always on time. Easy to book. Affordable rates. We used their service everywhere we went. Vehicle is very clean and comfortable.
Best transportation service in Mykonos. We had 24 hour service everyday for a week. It was very convenient and easy to coordinate/communicate with all the drivers around the clock. Felt very comfortable. Will use every time we are in Mykonos.
These people are very professional! They always had a car waiting for us, the door overs were so nice and the cars were beautiful. I will use them whenever I am in Mykonos.
Best transfer service in Mykonos. Can recommend to anyone who is looking for luxury and fun transfers!! Amazing communication through WhatsApp group and always on time, great atmosphere and amazing music!
Excellent! Picked us up easily and dropped us off without any issues. Got us as close to Little Venice as he could, which was great! Definitely a positive experience!
Super professional and reliable! Our trip was 10x better because of the convenience and excellent service provided! Will definitely use again!
Whether it’s your first time in Mykonos or your yearly holiday destination, forget about anything anyone tells you and contact Mykonos Genie and leave it all to this amazing team. From airport pickups, restaurant reservations, or grocery store runs they got you. On previous trips we’ve used ‘5 star concierges’ and I must say Mykonos Genie is the newest one in town and the best one! Thank you MG for a trip of a lifetime, we meet again next summer!
The experience was absolutely amazing! They took great care of us and the cars were super comfortable. They were always on time and super friendly! Highly recommended - will only use this service moving forward!
The absolute best service I have ever used in Mykonos. It’s been 3 years in a row I use this service and it has always made my Mykonos trip seamless and perfect. The team are very responsive and are always available to help no matter what hour of the day! This year we went as a group of 30 people and going around would have been hectic but the team managed to always make sure we will well taken care of, safe and always got to where we wanted to go when we wanted to go. If you want to have an easy life in Mykonos I highly recommend you book this!
Book them now. You will thank me later. Professionalism and a super involved team. I highly recommend it! They were very attentive and everything happened as expected.
The Mykonos Genie team were essential to our week in Mykonos. With a large group of up to 20 at a time they were at our beck and call at any hour to take us to our next event, dinner, or to get us home late in the night. I can explain how important having them as transport was for our trip to run smoothly. They were super communicative, had amazing vehicles, were very patient and just all around AWESOME. 10/10 highly recommend when your in Mykonos
The guys were amazing, friendly but also totally professional, picked us up from the airport, dropped us to the airport and drove us multiple times during our stay and we never experienced delays making our stay more comfortable. They also drove very carefully in the tight roads of Mykonos. They also gave us excellent tips where to go and have the most of the fun. Would totally recommend.
Very helpful and professional,we got the nbr from a friend that is a regular client of mykonos genie and it was exactly how he told us…UNFORGETTABLE…
The service was perfect, I have no complaints, everything was as described by my friend who recommended it to me. Professionals who know the island, I would also like to emphasize that the reservations we made in the Night clubs, restaurants, treated us very nicely and politely making us feel comfortable as if we come every year!!!
We’ve used Alfred and the team for two years now and they were the first reservation we made when we decided to return for a third year. They are extremely reliable and responsive at all hours of the day, but more importantly they go out of their way to make sure we’re well looked after throughout our stay with excellent recommendations and connections. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough.
We booked several transfers between the hotel and the airport and the port of Tourlos, during our walks in Santorini and Syros, and the trips were perfect and provided in maximum comfort. Alfred, on whom we could count early in the morning and late in the evening, is an excellent driver. He is punctual, responsive, available but above all he is a great person, friendly and attentive. I was able to make sure of this even though I had forgotten my boarding tickets and my phone at the hotel, with a tight schedule to reach the port of Tourlos I highly recommend it!
