Christina was great and Nicholas did a great job navigating the bus through very narrow winding roads. Mykonos is a pretty sleepy place the first week of November. Didn't realize until the day before that the tour doesn't end back at the starting point (cruise ship pier)--should have read the description more carefully. Easy enough to get back via water taxi for 2.5 euro/pp.

Itinerary
Meet your guide directly at the cruise port and begin your tour with a scenic drive to the Armenistis Lighthouse, where you’ll enjoy breathtaking views over the Aegean Sea.
Visit the charming inland village of Ano Mera, one of the oldest on the island. See the 16th-century Panagia Tourliani Monastery and enjoy around 20 minutes of free time to explore, grab a coffee, or simply take in the peaceful local atmosphere—a nice contrast to Mykonos’ lively coast.
A Stroll Through History – Continue your tour with a guided walk through Mykonos Town, one of the island’s highlights. Wander through narrow streets lined with whitewashed houses, colorful bougainvillea, and local shops, as your guide leads you to iconic spots like the Windmills, Little Venice, and Panagia Paraportiani. A perfect ending to your tour before returning to the port with great memories and photos.
No visit to Mykonos is complete without seeing its iconic windmills, a true symbol of the island. Set on a hill above the sea, these historic structures once harnessed the Aegean winds and now offer stunning views over Mykonos Town and beyond—perfect for photos and a touch of local history.
Walk through Little Venice, one of Mykonos’ most romantic areas, where charming old houses sit beautifully along the sea.
Panagia Paraportiani Church – A Unique Architectural Gem Discover one of Greece’s most iconic churches, known for its striking whitewashed design and unusual structure made up of five small chapels built over time. Located at the entrance of Mykonos Town, it’s a must-see spot for photos and a glimpse into the island’s rich history and culture.
Wrap Up at the Mykonos Waterfront – End your half-day tour at the scenic waterfront near Mykonos Town Hall. Take in the views, snap a few final photos, and enjoy the lively atmosphere before returning to the cruise port or continuing to explore Mykonos Town at your own pace.

Andrea was fabulous. Her knowledge of Mykonos was very extensive. A really great tour. Exactly as described
If you’re lucky enough to get Christina and Elias you will have the best. She was so knowledgeable about anything and everything. She was from NY and many years ago came with friends and met her future husband the first night. So her English is perfect. Her recommendations were very good . . Whether in the village or in town.
This tour was the best experience of all those we took this trip, even of the ones booked directly through our ship’s shore excursions. Christina was so welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly and even taught us some Greek expressions! She was the best tour guide we encountered this whole trip! She messaged me directly prior to disembarking with clear directions of where to meet her which was very reassuring. Will definitely book future tours through Viator!
A great way to see the beauty of this island and all points from the rugged lighthouse cliffs to the beauty of the beaches and charm of the old town. A great experience from our cruise stop!
Catherine was fabulous. She was so informative and fun at the same time. My favorite of all time-super sweet 😊
Christina was amazing and very knowledgeable about the beautiful island. She kept the large group moving and we were able to see many spots while avoiding the large crowds.
Loved our guide think she was called Christina. A very enjoyable tour, however we had a very quick coffee stop at a village not quite long enough.
Our tour guide took us to several spots around the island. Our first was to the lighthouse which had magnificent views, but enough wind to almost knock you off your feet. Probably a little too much time spent there. Next we went to an authentic village. She indicated that at night it fill will locals where children could run around freely. The last stop was the light houses and little Venice. Walking through the narrow alley ways gave us a great view of local life inside little Venice. We were fortunate that only 2 cruise ships were in port at the time. I enjoyed the tour very much.
Andrea was an excellent tour guide. Very knowledgeable about the sites visited, the history and geography. She was personable and communicative throughout especially the itinerary, the amount of free time at a stop and where and when to get the water taxi back to the ship. She had wonderful and solid recommendations for lunch. Highly recommend her and this tour.
Great tour! Guide was OUTSTANDING! Made me feel like we got to see “it all!” Highly recommend! Thank you!
Easy on and off with tons of sightseeing important information about the town and its history highly recommend
If you are visiting Mykonos, book this tour and ask for Christina! She is an absolute gem and the reason our iTravel Mykonos experience was the highlight of our entire trip. What sets Christina apart is her incredible depth of knowledge. Having lived on the island for over 30 years (originally hailing from NY!), she offers a perspective that no other guide can. She seamlessly blends the historical facts with the local, insider secrets that only a true resident would know. In just 4 hours, we felt like we had unlocked the very soul of the island, from the hidden chapels to the best spots for photos and the rich cultural history behind the famous windmills. But what truly blew us away was her personal touch. She took the time to learn every group by name, making us feel like we were being shown around by a friend rather than a tour guide. She covered everything we could have possibly wanted to learn and more. If you want an exceptional tour, ask for Christina. She is simply the best!
Christina our guide was so friendly and knowledgeable, and Kostas was an extremely proficient driver. We learned so much about Mykonos and enjoyed the tour immensely
Not much to see in other little villages, but Mykanos town is a gem, little streets, lane ways, and coble stone corridors . Shopping and beautiful scenery galore...worth the tour to know the history of the Island and see how the other side lives. Andrea was an amazing guide.
Tour guide was great. She was very knowledgeable. Would be good to know big group big bus lots of walking
Christina was one of the best tour guides we've ever had. Despite the gale force wind on the island that day, she made this a wonderful experience. She was so knowledgeable, caring and entertaining. Would highly recommend this tour
We couldn’t stop in Mykonos due to gale force winds. I’m giving this 5 stars because communication was great and last-minute cancellation was accommodated with no hassles. Viator customer service is fantastic.
Amazing experience! Felt safe with driver. Tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and provided great insight and background into the island and sites
Take the water taxi instead. 1.the lighthouse view just wasn’t worth it. 2. The oldest island has all Restaurants and one bakery and, there just wasn’t enough time to eat or do anything. Also, at the church you have to pay to go in. 3. The beach was beautiful- I could have been there all day so 15min wasn’t enough. 4. Go to Mykonos on your own and spend the day instead. We had to walk 45 mins really for nothing. 5. The windmills are in Mykonos town so it wasn’t really worth having the tour for this either since it was a simple walk. 6. Little Venice is within Mykonos and next to the mills- tour wasn’t worth it at all. 7. I thought we’d get to go in the Church of Paraportiani since it says 20mins and free admission but we have 2 mins to stop and take photos. So we paid for the bus, two free waters and to walk. We did not go in anything. There was also no way to tell who our travel guide was because that information wasn’t given nor was it easy to find the guide outside the terminal because there were no signs.
Excellent tour if you’re coming off a cruise ship. Andrea and George are an awesome team! Highly recommend this tour. Andrea gave us great local advice on where to shop and eat. She knows all the must see highlights and history of Mykonos! Thanks for an amazing time on Mykonos!
Christina was a great guide but Mykonos was a bit of a let down. There wasn't very much to do except take some pretty pictures. Christina did a great job explaining the surrounding islands and the history of the island but there just isn't very much to Mykonos. If you want a day at a beach club, it might be great. It you are looking for shopping, it might suit your fancy. If you are looking for great history and a fulfilling experience, you might be disappointed.
Our tour guide, Christina, did a superb job of showing us the main sights of Mykonos and gave us good insights to the history & culture too. I would highly recommend Christina as a tour guide. 10+ out of 10.
Our guide, Christina, was phenomenal!! She was very knowledgeable about everything Mykonos, and made the tour very interesting and fun!! So thankful I found this online and would definitely recommend.
My husband and I had an amazing experience. Dora was very informative and knowledgeable of the Greek islands and Mykonos tourist area. One of the most memorable experience of our cruise!!
We visited a dilapidated lighthouse, the center of a village, and the harbor promenade of Mykonos Town. The tour guide gave a lot of information about the country and its people. Otherwise, you can save yourself this excursion.
