Fahad is the goat. His knowledge of the sea and skill in snorkelling and diving is next level, and he found turtles for us, swimming right there in the water searching the reefs with us. One of the best days of our whole trip to Oman and Middle East. He's also just a genuinely lovely, friendly guy. The boat was clean and well organised, the equipment was great, and he had food, water, and cold water for rinsing off after swims. Worth noting: other guests at our hotel did a similar trip with a different operator that day. No turtles, everyone felt seasick, and they said never again. Shows just how much Fahad's skill and care make the difference. If you're in Oman and want to see turtles or the reefs, book with Fahad. Can't recommend him enough. 100% will be back with Fahad

This trip wasn't the most interesting. We can commend the good navigation and the availability of food on board. However, we didn't see any dolphins. Either dolphins aren't found in the area at all, or they only appear during a certain season. There certainly weren't any in November. Expect to be tricked and not see any.

It was an amazing experience, Yusuf and Muhammad were amazing tour guides and captains. We were able to swim with tutles and were at the first spot longer than other groups, also Yusuf went in the water with us and with his experience where to look was able to show us even more marine life. We then went to the second spot where we were basically alone and had the ability to se some octopuses as well. All in all great half day trip, would definitely recommend!

I would absolutely recommend you book this. The group was smaller than many of the other boats and Fahan was amazing. He kept us in the less crowded spots, we saw black-tipped sharks and lots of turtles. No dolphins but almost a whale shark!

Farhad was fantastic… great knowledge of the islands, the reef, and where to go to get the best experience. Sea turtles, black tip reef sharks, the works! Highly recommended… I was sad it was o my a half day!

Ahmed was my tour guide. He was extremely helpful in providing the deep historical for the landmarks but also make the drive the most efficient spots. The tour included Grand Mosque, the Opera House, the traditional Muttrah Souq, the marina, and the Sultan’s Palace.

We had a great time. Fahad took us to some great spots that weren’t too busy with other boats. We saw many turtles at the first spot and lots of colourful fish. At the second spot he took us to a spot on the rock mountain that allowed us to see eagle rays and baby sharks. The kids collected shells and explored the beach too. Gathas provided cold drinks, sandwiches and fruit. Highly recommend!

Amazing half day trip. Not only did we see many turtles but also saw a baby shark. Fahad also took us to a beautiful white-sand beach and gave us the option of exploring or snorkelling. Unlike some of the other captains, he walked with us explaining about the surroundings and generally gave us interesting information about the local wildlife. I absolutely recommend this tour, bring a casing for your phone or better still an underwater camera and be prepared for some amazing colourful underwater wildlife 🤗

Amazing morning of snorkelling at three spots on the islands. Loads of turtles, reef sharks, incredible coral and fish. Very helpful captain and crew who took some cool video footage which they shared with us all.

Bucket list worthy trip to snorkel and see turtles in their environment. Friendly guides, great communication before trip. Only point to improve on is more signage at the jetty to know exactly where to meet. Otherwise, a fantastic trip

This was our second trip with Demaniyat Adventures. We had such a good trip last November we brought family with us this time to experience a trip to Dimaniyat Islands. We weren’t dissappointed, Capt Fahd made sure we had a great time by visiting places away from the other boats but still making sure we saw a terrific range of fish, Sea Turtles and sharks. Capt Fahd made us all feel welcome and was always on hand to provide information, any assistance and a casual chat. We would highly recommend Demaniyat Adventures to anyone thinking of a visit to Dimaniyat Islands to swim with sea turtles and sharks. This second trip was even better than the first one and provided lasting memories for us all.

We recently went snorkeling at the Dimaniyat Islands and also joined the dolphin watching tour — it was a fantastic experience! Although we didn’t spot any dolphins, we were lucky enough to see wild sharks up close, which was truly thrilling. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional; they helped us take amazing photos with sea turtles, making the trip even more memorable. The water was crystal clear, the marine life was beautiful, and overall it was an unforgettable adventure. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area!

The tour was simply amazing! First of all, Fahad is such a good guy. At the beginning of the tour, he explicitly instructed everyone not to step on the coral, not to harm the animals and to look after the environment. You could feel right from the beginning that this is very important to him - which we loved. In total, we were a group of six - four people of my family plus two more. We often looked at the crowded boats of the other tour companies and were so happy that we had chosen Daymaniyat Adventures. The first diving spot was perfect for turtle watching. Our tour started a bit later (which meant we could still have breakfast at the hotel!), so most of the other boats had already left again and there weren‘t too many people there. The second snorkeling spot was fantastic as well, but we cancelled after just five minutes, because Fahad had been informed by a friend that a whale shark was just some kilometers away. We hopped back on the boat (again, this would have been impossible with a large group!!) and 15 minutes later we swam with three (!!) whale sharks. We had snacks afterwards, which were really good sandwiches. We had expected cheap (and not necessarily good) snacks, as we have experienced on other snorkeling tours, but these were really tasty! I cannot recommend this tour enough. If you want to enjoy the Daymaniyats with an experienced and nice skipper who actually cares a lot about the animals, the reefs and the corals, book Daymaniyat Adventures! You won‘t regret it!

Fahad is a great guide and he went out of his way to ensure that we had a great time and have the best experience. captain yaseen took us through this estonishing experience; quite short cruice off muscat to reach the islands where we found pure white sandy beach, we swam with turtles, we watched baby shark from the shore, we had a relaxing swim in cristal clear sea. unfortunately dolphins didn't show up as occasionally happens, that would have been the final prize for such a wonderful day

Unforgettable snorkel experience. The sea life at the island was just incredible. We saw so many turtles, squids, all sorts of fish, eel, sharks, etc. the tour guide (Yasin) was brilliant at explaining everything and making sure we had a great time! Can’t recommend this enough!

This is a falsely advertised tour. There are no dolphins on this tour, it is poorly organized and you barely see any wildlife. I do not recommend.

Our family of four had a great day visiting the islands with Fahad. These small rocky islands are about 30mins from Seeb port and are a great spot for snorkelling in shallow water above coral and watching the turtles and colourful fish. Fahad is an ideal captain. He is a very experienced seaman having raced high performance yachts across the Atlantic many times. This experience means he has the calm assurance of someone who knows what is doing. It is obvious he prioritises safety and the comfort of his passengers. Before setting off, he gave us all a quick, but essential, safety brief (so often lacking). He is very knowledgeable about the wildlife and showed us nesting ospreys. He also explained how discarded plastic kills turtles and dolphins. He also did his best to avoid the places that were crowded with other boats. Thank you Fahad for the lunch and a great trip. Thoroughly recommended. If you chose Fahad you will be in safe hands and have an enjoyable day!

It was an amazing experience , end of Dec 2024 , we were able to do snorkeling and watch the colorful underwater world including turtles, Fahd our guide was an excellent guide , regarding boat and all equipment needed for snorkeling with also light snakes

My husband and I had a very pleasant time seeing Demaniyat Islands with Deminayat Adventures. There were 10 of us in a boat which felt like the perfect size. Ample time on the islands for snorkelling and chilling on the beach. Waters were beautifully clear and we got to see turtles and a variety of fish. Would definitely book with them again!

A great half day trip Everything arranged and booked with ease and communication excellent Out boat captain was great and made sure we were safe at all times. Snorkelling locations were excellent A huge abundance of fish and lots of turtles. Food in the form of sandwiches and water melon were provided and plenty of bottled water and cartons of juice. Great trip and fully recommend it

Fahad was the best. I was recommended this tour by a friend (solo traveller) and booked with friends this week. He greeted us promptly in the morning at the meet up port. Gave us ample time at the turtle point and when I say you won’t be disappointed, swimming with the turtles was incredible! You are not allowed to touch them and the hosts make sure you leave space for the turtles to move and come up for air etc which made it even more impressive for me as I prefer excursions that look after the wildlife. We also went dolphin and shark looking and stopped on the beach for relaxation, you can also go on a small hike up the hills /around the island. Fahad provided fresh sandwich’s (catered to meat and veggie diets), watermelon, (juice and water through out the day). He took care to ask if you wanted pictures and overall just made our trip in Muscat amazing . His boat is clean and well kept with a rest room and washing facilities on board. Thank you Fahad!

We had a great trip to the dimanyat islands with our tour guide, who brought us to spots where we could watch turtles, sharks, stingrays, many fish and corals. The tip was very well organized, with delicious sandwiches and drinks included and the duration of the trip was perfect. Our guide was very friendly and created a calm atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

Trip to Dimaniyat Islands is a must for those visiting Muscat. It is a slice of paradise in Oman!! The experience was amazing! The captain made sure everybody was being taken care of. We had the opportunity to swim in crystal waters with turtles and many fish. He even stopped half way the second spot because he spotted a group of 20 turtles and we went to see them eat. He even accompanied us in the last spot while swimming with sharks ( not dangerous ) It has been one of the best snorkels I’ve done in my life

This place is absolutely gorgeous!!! If you are coming please don’t touch the turtles, take care of them❤️, they are so precious!!! The guide that was with us did a very nice job; all the trip was comfortable; he was on top of all the details and brought us to the best spots! I saw black sharks, one big stingray! And around 15-20 turtles!!! ❤️❤️❤️ don’t miss this place in your visit!

My partner and I had a great tour with Captain Fahad! His boat was easy to find at the marina. We left promptly at nine for our tour. The boat was very comfortable and roomy. The captain spotted some dolphins on the way to the islands and stopped so we could get a picture. He paid attention to the fit of our equipment for our comfort. At the first snorkel spot for the turtles he found us the perfect place. We saw several large turtles along with great corals, brilliant tropical fish, and clear blue waters. We moved on to the beach and the snorkel area for the sharks. The captain was able to describe a specific area where we were most likely to see sharks and sure enough we saw several. Throughout the trip we had plenty of drinks, cold water, snacks, fruit, and sandwiches. He clearly cares about the wildlife he introduced us to! With several tour options available he is clearly the best choice!

I am pleased to write a review for Fahad, the captain on this amazing snorkeling tour! My partner and I are so happy we chose Fahad to take us to the Daymaniyat Islands ! He was excellent at communicating as we were making the plans to book the tour. The boat was so comfortable and clean. He is passionate about marine life, and he is definitely an advocate for taking care of the ocean and its inhabitants . We were so fortunate to see several sea turtles and a few black tipped reef sharks as highlights of our excursion! But it was also amazing to see the incredible coral and beautiful tropical fish! Fahad knew just where to find the marine life and was an expert at guiding us in snorkeling to the correct places so we could get the best out of this tour! He was very patient and friendly and just made the whole excursion a fun time for everyone!!! He always made sure we were cared for with plenty of water and juice drinks and healthy snacks! He was also attentive that our snorkel gear fit correctly so that we would be safe and comfortable the entire time! While on the boat to the Dimaniyat Islands, our wonderful guides spotted a whale shark. They stopped the boat and we were able to get in the water and swim with the whale shark. One of the guides was with us and filmed for us. He used his expertise to get right next to the whale shark and then helped our daughter have a first hand view of this beautiful animal. It was an unforgettable experience for all of us. We continued on to the Islands where the guides took care to take us to wonderful places teeming with fish and so many sea turtles. The water is clean and calm and not overly crowded. Plenty of snacks and water were provided as well as snorkeling equipment. The guides were so supportive, kind, and knowledgeable. We appreciated them very much. Communication was easy and the trip surpassed our expectations in every way.

A beautiful experience in a Crystal clear water chasing turtles swimming between you and some other fishes too. Its family trip and save. This trip is a must to do.
