I love this package and very satisfy with the service, the car is good and the driver very nice and very helpful He tell me everything i ask and he help me to deal with seller in the traditional market
Very nice city tour with Muadh where we saw the highlights of Muscat. He picked us up from the airport and even waited for us since we were slightly late. Very beautiful experiece overall.
The tour operator never responded to my messages and did not show up for the tour. I left multiple messages that were never responded to and contacted viator vis WhatsApp but they couldn’t reach the tour company.
Very nice and informative especially if it’s your first time in Muscat. The tour guide was very friendly
Hamed, tour guide/ driver, was excellent. He was on time picking me up, kind, knowledgeable and explained to me Oman’s culture, history, religion, people, etc which I value and appreciate the most. The itinerary covered several key places and Hamed took time for me to explore. I really enjoyed beautiful scenery, buildings, markets, mosques, sunset. Overall I am very satisfied with this Muscat private tour. Thank you!
This isn't a tour, it's just a taxi. The driver was friendly and flexible. The itinerary isn't fixed, so you could request to go anywhere, I guess. I opted not to stop at a couple of the stops listed on the "typical itinerary"; however, I did ask to stop at the beach, received a confusing answer (I don't think he understood my accent) and needless to say I didn't get there. If you're after something where you might get some interesting information about Muscat this is not your best choice. But, nowhere in the description does the tour does say you will get a tour guide. I booked this because another tour operator cancelled on me last minute and this was available. Had I had more time to choose, I probably would have preferred something different. If you're after a dedicated taxi driver for half a day, this is a good choice.
Friendly, punctual and very patient and respectful for a solo female. Nothing was a problem and enjoyed the tour
Highly recommend booking this guide if you are going to be in Oman for a short stay. We only had a few hours in transit. Our guide Nasser was AMAZING!! Extremely knowledgeable and made sure we all had the best experience in Oman!
The English speaking guide that was advertised and booked couldn't speak English. Difficulty in finding them at airport and then didn't appear to know what they were doing or going on tour
Actually, we expected more than just a pick up from the hotel, taking us to the places and not saying anything about them. The driver was nice, helpful but didn't tell us anything except for the name of the places. So, it was just a driver, not a guide.
I had a 7 hour layover in Muscat so decided to book this tour to kill some time and it worked out perfectly. The guide picked me up at the meeting time and was very easy to find. The itinerary was clear and followed but I also definitely had the ability to alter it if/as needed. I got to see the main sights and it was a nice introduction to the city. I did this tour as a solo female traveler, I felt extremely safe, would definitely recommend!
Great tour. Nice way to see the city and some of the major sites. My guide Suweilem was great. He took his time and didn’t ever rush me.

We had limited time in our layover and we were given a great tour seeing the highlights of Muscat with plenty of stops to take photos, learn about important buildings/monuments/locations, and do that all-important souvenir shopping. Airport pick up was seamless inside the terminal with drop off just as smooth. You can tell there was a deep sense of love of the city and country and I know we only scratched the surface of what it has to offer. I absolutely would book this company again on another visit to the city between the mountains and the sea.
very comfortable, fast and reliable communication, helpfulness, we saw everything we planned, he showed us the best coffee in Muscat
