We took a private tour for 9 pax and we have visited most of the places. The Great Mosque, with a lot of explanations inside and outside, the Royal Opera House, the Souk, the fortress, climbing up to the top, and the Sultan’s palace just outside for pictures. Honestly the most unreal experience. Tour guide essam was so knowledgable and funny and speaks like a million languages. He goes out of his way to make sure we felt welcome which seems to be a default in Oman, the country is beautiful, the weather is spectacular and being with someone who knows what they’re talking about, where to go, and most importantly where to eat. Can’t recommend enough. Food was unreal too!

Issam is a great person. He showed us the gems of Muscat and also has lots of knowledge about the history of Oman. We enjoyed an amazing lunch and even had some time at the beach. Impressive how many languages he speaks.
The trip has been excellent and part of it is out of 10 has my guide Issam. What started as a guide ended in a good friend. And that’s because Issam is a born communicator, an excellent guide and knowledgeable of his country, a fascinating conversationalist, a nice guy with stubborn jokes but always arouse a smile. From the first moment, while still in Spain, Issam was worrying about my trip and my stay and my activities. Where he didn't come, he offered me guides to his confidence. And he always got it right. Every day of the trip I have received a call or wassap taking an interest in my tour and, of course, excursions directly with him have been a fine thing. He speaks 12 languages. Yes, it is. ¡12! And Spanish to perfection. Not only does he know the whole country and its riches and secrets and its inhabitants, but the whole country knows him. They recognize him for his language videos on their social networks. He's a super honest guy. The first day, unscheduled, he went to my hotel to take me for a first walk in Muscat and invite me to a Karrak Shay. I fell in love with that tea so characteristic of Oman. We spent a great day tour with Ali in Muscat. It was all very well organized. Ali is a very friendly and polite guide who has enthusiastically brought us closer to his home. After we visited Muscat's attractions, he took us to a very good restaurant and afterwards there was even time for a beach visit. Touring with Issam is a bit like coming home after a long time. He welcomed us as family people and thanks to him we were able to explore all the highlights of Muscat immediately. As soon as we booked our tour, he contacted us promptly to find out if we had any special requests, and adapted the tour according to our requests and passions. It satisfied all our historical and cultural curiosities about Oman, both in practically native Italian and in fluent German, for my husband who does not speak Italian. Even humanly there was an immediate connection, Issam is extremely nice and very interested in people and different cultures himself. Not for nothing does he speak eight hundred thousand languages :D The only flaw: after his tour you will gain at least 2 kg. You can't starve with him!

The city tour with Isam was an absolute experience and is 1000% recommended. Isam has shown us not only the classic sightseeing spots of Muscat, but also places where you would never come as a tourist (restaurants, cafes, photo spots, ....). You can tell he loves his country and this is not just a job for him. Isam wants to show the guests "his" nutmeg. With Isam, you don’t just feel like you’re on the road with an experienced guide, but with a friend. Every special request (whether buying a SIM card or drinking karaoke with him again) was fulfilled. Time has passed like in flight and we would immediately book a tour with him again.
Issam was our guide to Muscat. He is a very friendly and open narrator, showed us the main sights of the city, and told us many interesting facts about Omani life. Issam is a talented linguist and just a nice educated young man. Recommended !
I have visited Muscat for the first time and was lucky enough to coincide with Issam.
