It is the biggest mosque in Oman, we will pass around it. You can take pictures from the car or from outside, and you can also visit it if you want.

We usually keep this stop outside, but if anyone's interested in seeing the inside, just let me know. There's a beautiful performance hall and a few restaurants to check out. There's so much to see here, from traditional Omani shops to beautiful souvenirs and local treasures. Once we're done exploring the souq, we'll make our way to Old Muscat! This is where you'll get to see the beautiful Royal Palace, along with some traditional Omani houses and historic buildings. It's a lovely part of the city, full of history, culture, and beautiful scenery. Get your cameras ready, because there's plenty to see along the way!
This is one of Oman's most beautiful beaches! It's a peaceful little spot where you can slow down, take in the views, feel the ocean breeze, and just enjoy the moment. A perfect place to relax and unwind for a while!

You will see Al Jalali and Al Mirani Forts, which are located on the top of the mountain near Al Alam Palace, which was built by the Portuguese.Coming up, you'll get to see the beautiful Al Jalali and Al Mirani Forts! They're perched high up on the mountains overlooking the sea, right next to Al Alam Palace. These historic forts date back to the Portuguese era and offer some incredible views. Definitely worth keeping your cameras ready for this one!

Ghusun is the best tour guide that you can get! From the beginning of the tour, he started taking very proudly on the Oman as a nation, its rich history and presence. I loved that we managed to see all the attractions in the morning hours when there was no rush and there was no overcrowded with tourists. My hidden gem places were viewpoints over Old Muscat.

I had such a great tour with Mohammed! It was only me on the trip and Mohammed was an excellent guide. He is very polite, funny and has lots of information about the sites we saw, as well as stories from his life in Oman. We visited the Mosque (in the morning so it wasn't busy and not too hot yet). Amazing architecture and I learned many things. Then the Opera house, with its huge stage and seating area. We walked around the Souk, then saw the different buildings near the port. Mohammed was professional and very enthusiastic. An enjoyable tour.

Great tour, the guide did well and took me around the city and we even went to some extra places on the way to buy a couple things I needed. The experience around the souq was fun. I did the tour in the afternoon, which required some adjustments (fish market, inside part of the Opera, and grand mosque were closed). I suggest doing the tour in the morning if possible. Make sure to confirm the itinerary before. This would be 5 stars if not for the level of English of the guide, who changed last minute. He was very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately could not speak English well. So I could get some bits of info here and there, but we could not have real discussions. So double-checking for this point before the tour is recommended.
Mohammed Al Ghatrifi came promptly to pick me up and brought me to some of the most amazing areas of the city. I had a nice insight of culture history and architecture, tried local sweets and coffee and had a nice stroll in the souq. Frankincence tee also found together with some examples if unique traditions. In a couple of hours everything was covered without being rushed or tiresome. Really appreciated.
The tour was amazing, highly recommend. There is so much to see if Muscat, and thanks to my guide, Mohammed Al Ghatrifi, I got to try Omani ragag for breakfast which was so good. Can’t wait to come back to Oman and see more! Thank you

It was a very well organised trip that we booked last minute. Our guide Hassan was very informative and made it a very pleasant way to see a lot of things in a comfortable way. We would recommend it as a very good way to see these sights in a timescale that did not appear rushed and have a local guide who gave good insight into Omani culture and was happy to answer questions.
My wife and I did a day trip from the mountain of Jabal Akhdar to Muscat. Great tour guide and very nice itinerary . The guide showed me a lot for such a short time , this should be a SOLO ACTIVITY for your day , if combined with other one you will miss a lot . Distances are longer than spected.
A great experience visited historical areas and the beautiful mosques of Oman and its rich history. Also the Soul in Mutrah. Mein Reiseführer Ahmed hat mich fünf Stunden lang zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Muscat und Umgebung geführt. Ich bekam reichtlich Information zu den besuchten Orten und dem Oman im allgemeinen. Ich konnte auch viele Fragen stellen. Bei der ganzen Tour entstand niemals der Eindruck von Zeitdruck. Es war genug Zeit für alles und Ahmed hat sich auch immer wieder als Fotograf betätigt. Die Führung hat meine Erwartungen sogar übertroffen.
