Dolphin Watching & Snorkeling

The tour was great. We went specifically to see whale sharks and captain Asad did his absolute best to find them for us. The boats are well maintained and clean, which is a huge plus.

An excellent tour which lasted all morning. We saw dolphins. But never felt that we were too close to stress them out. Only one niggle was that the music played on our boat was a little too loud at times.

Our skipper Assad was most patient, helpful and knowledgeable in making sure that we had excellent sightings of dolphins whales and an amazing snorkelling experience

Assad, my tour guide from QTours was brilliant. He was patient, knowledgable and helpful. The boat was comfortable and the length of the activity was spot on.

We've been waiting on another group who didn't show up. So the boat was only for 2 of us. We were going straight to a place where some boats were feeding dolphins and other boats with tourists were chasing groups of dolphins. There were hundreds of small dolphins. So this part of the trip was really nice. Our captain was successful and always scanning where other dolphins are. Then we went for snorkeling to another place with a small reef. We were snorkeling for Cca 45 minutes and saw lot of fish and a turtle. There was a water and juices on board. A small snack (cookie) was also ready for us. Would recommend

My family and I (2 adults and 2 kids under 6) had a fantastic time on our dolphin watching and snorkeling trip. My eldest daughter and I have been dolphin watching with Q Tours before, so this was my second trip with them. Captain Bilal was very accommodating and a great host onboard. We saw a lot of dolphins and one huge pod with lots of calves. The snorkeling was also great. We saw plenty of fish and a few turtles. Maitha and Shahad were also very helpful and made booking the trip very easy.

This was one of the most amazing experiences in my life! At first, I was already amazed when I walked onto the dock of the marina I saw sea urchins and beautiful yellow fish with blue stripes! When I got on the boat I was supplied with plenty of snacks and refreshment on the boat ride we saw flying fish that were so cool! At the snorkeling area we went to we immediately saw two small sea turtles poking their head above the water, which was amazing. When we got in the water we saw an undiscribable abount of different types of fish and other sea creatures, we were given plenty of time and space to explore the reef around us . The guide even showed us some attractions, for example, seahorse bay and we went through a cool tunnel made out of rock. The guide service was freindly and very informative and I am so glad I went on this trip.

We had a great time on this tour with Capt bilal. Hiba even arranged for a surprise cake for my husbands birthday which was the highlight of our tour. We saw a lot of dolphins & also enjoyed snorkelling

We were picked up at the port where our cruise ship docked. Brought to the marina for the dolphin watch at snorkeling excursion. Captain Bilal did a great job easily found large group of dolphin. They jumped through the water and swam along the boat. Then he took us to a wonderful snorkeling place in a protected bay. Very little current very little wind. Coral was not spectacular, but the fish were exceedingly so, with a large numbers of fish and large number of species. On the way back he stopped the boat so we could take photos of the surrounding area, overall it was a great excursion. Captain Bilal made it memorable.

We had 4 sessions with different captains. Each was great. Q Tour is based in Qantab and is a team of local people that perfectly know the sea around. On top they have a network with local fishermen then can call to know where to go to meet Dolphins or turtles. We went to damanhyat and also to another island to do snorkeling and scuba with my young daughter and my wife. All was perfect, well organized and SAFE ! Q Tour team is the best ! Thanks for all

We booked with no expectation for the trip. Came up that the experience is great for dolphin watching and snorkeling along coastal Omani island. Very recommended. Direct booking via website is cheaper though.

Very friendly and professional, I would recommend the private tour Dolphins Watching and Snorkelling, more expensive but you can really take the time you need. We booked for 3h and added one more as we did enjoyed so much the dolphins. You could almost touch them from the front of the boat and they follow you for a very long time. They were so many that it was really magical. Teens were so excited. We then swam with turtles and it was as well quite unique, a few boats around but not really an issue. Oman is still very well preserved, come fast this might change.

The trip was nonexistent, the operator was very rude, as soon as I answered he was yelling at me saying where are you. Our time in Hawaii showed it was for Sunday. He called me Saturday night saying to check my Calendar because I didn’t know what date it was and how do I not know what day it is. Apparently the travel agent didn’t give us the correct destination when it was booked. We didn’t notice until the operator was screaming at me through the phone. I would like to know how I can get a full refund. Even when I trie stop explain to him, he kept saying look at your calendar and said something to me and hung up. I tried reaching out and I got no answer.

This was a wonderful way to explore Muscat. We got picked up from our hotel and went straight to the boat. Saw dolphins and also Muscat from the water which was lovely! Snorkelling was great in a little bay with lots of fish. Our driver home was very kind and gave us a tour of the city as well. It was a great day!

A 3 hour trip worth an experience of life. The guide and staff are amazing people and know every bit of the sea. Spotted dolphins in plenty who were diving up and down in the sea as if they already knew that they had a Show!! The Snorkeling experience is amazing and should not be missed. My daughter and wife who doesn't even know swimming were dipping in the sea like professionals. Nice experience! I had a great time with my friends. We saw a lot of dolphins, and during the snorkeling, we swam with turtles and we saw a lot of fish too. Youssef has been extremely reactive and helpful. I definitely recommend this tour.

Very nice Captain and boat. The tour delivers what it promises. One hour of dolphin watching and another one snorkeling.

It was a very cool afternoon and a great experience for the whole family. In the open sea, we saw a lot of dolphins and some turtles. The reef where we snorkeled was very colorful with a lot of fishs, e.g. Kofferfish or Parrotfish. We could watch a turtle eating for a while. Our 7-years old son snorkeled for the first time and liked it a lot. On the way back, we had a perfect view of the beautiful coast and its current and future tourism projects. The crew was very friendly - the drinks and snacks yammie.

Dolphin watching and snorkelling was such a great experience! We saw a lot of dolphins and turtles and it was no mass tourism. The tourism company was flexible and they did a lot to feel comfortable to join this trip with them! Highest recommendation!

I’d say this was a very comfortable & enjoyable trip. Out in the Sea With Mr. yusuf & Mr. Asaad was amazing. They kept us entertained on our entire trip. We were able to enjoy the beautiful corals at Diminiyat Island which is a must visit place in Oman. They also gave us a good experience of fishing in the sea. We left only with great memories after our trip. Highly recommend! 🙌🏼
