I’ve been traveling to Oman on and off for the past 5 years, and every time I visit, this hotel is my first choice. Even though the staff has changed over the years, the warmth, hospitality, and overall experience have remained consistently excellent. It truly feels like my second home now. I’ve stayed here so many times that it feels like I’ve experienced almost every corner of the hotel! A special shoutout to Dev and Kshitij—kudos to both of you for always making my stay smooth, comfortable, and hassle-free. Your professionalism and friendly nature make every visit even more enjoyable. The food deserves a special mention too. The chole bhature and puri bhaji are simply amazing—exactly the kind of breakfast every Indian loves. In fact, I’d say they’re among the best you’ll find anywhere in Muscat! The Secure Inn Hotel Muscat is a fantastic mid-range option that punches above its weight class, especially given the current price of OMR 15. It feels modern and "secure" (true to its name), and the rooftop pool is a gem for cooling off after a day of meetings or sightseeing. While the breakfast could use a bit more "wow" factor, the overall stay is comfortable and efficient. We stayed for 3 days during the Eid holidays and had a wonderful experience. Although we had originally booked a standard room, the hotel staff kindly upgraded us to a deluxe room, which felt more like a suite—such a pleasant surprise! The service throughout our stay was excellent. We had chosen the half-board option, and since the hotel wasn’t very crowded, the staff personally took our food orders instead of a buffet. Each meal was freshly prepared, tasted amazing, and was served with great care. We especially appreciated the extra attention given to our child, which made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. Overall, a fantastic experience—we truly felt well taken care of.
