Could have been a good stay if the incident didn't happen. Or actually, if they have a safer changing room in the pool area. We stayed here last week for almost a week long, sadly our guest (friend) was locked in one of the changing rooms where there are no proper exhaust system working. Our friend was stocked in the room for almost 2hrs due to the malfunctioned doorlock. They were fairly apologetic about the incident specially the utility personnel who attended to our friend (though it took an hour to break or open the jammed door) The hotel management tried to offer us a room upgrade to compensate what happened. We felt belittleed, but we ignored and rejected the offer and ask them to please address the issue accordingly. We told them that our main concern is for the peopl ans their future guests so we ask them to fix the area properly in line to the requirement of the municipality engineering dept. Sadly, when we check the area again.. they have just repaired the broken door and did not resolve the issue appropriately. Hopefully, it won't happen again to anyone. Housekeeping and the reception was good in their service. Kristin was really good at assisting us. We like the place and we may still choose to stay again in the future.

Nice and clean. Attached to mall so you'll have access to supermarket and some restaurants. Internet connection is good. I stayed here few times with my family and would probably keep staying for the reasons above. The only thing I don't like all the time about being there is the staff at the reception. Some politeness wouldn't hurt you guys. Other than that everything was good

Good option for a longer stay. My room was spacious, well equipped and clean. The breakfasts were dissappointing - not too much options to choose from which becomes pretty obvious if you stay longer. Staff is friendly and helpful. I'd come back if the opportunity arises.

I booked a double bed room apartment for four days. The apartment was very good, with all amenities including washing machine, oven, kitchen utensils and all. Very neatly maintained, good service and well behaved staff. Worth the money spent.
