The rooms are decent but they literally insult our guest every single day asking for money by knocking on their doors, inspite of informing them that we will be paying. My delegates from india, and uae have always faced same issues

Good experience with resonable prices. Good service .. the reception was welcoming and so helpful. - Clean rooms - Great location near restaurants and - shopping center. -Free parking - room service need to be improved alittle bit ... you should ask for tea, coffee and water and other services. It was good experience as a whole ... recommened it ... not luxurious but comfortable and clean with welcomming vibes.

It is a budget-friendly stay in Muscat with a very convenient location near Avenues Mall and local restaurants. The rooms are clean and functional, though basic compared to higher-end hotels. Staff are polite and helpful, and check-in/check-out is smooth. The restaurant serves Indian, Chinese, and Middle Eastern food, while breakfast offers decent variety. Facilities like free WiFi and a small fitness centre are useful for short business or transit stays. Overall, it’s a good value-for-money option if you want affordability and central access.

SUBJECT-: BAD FOOD EXPERIENCE:AT RESTAURANT - I would like to share my very disappointing experience at Al Safeer International Hotel Restaurant. I visited with my family expecting the same quality we experienced earlier when the restaurant was managed differently. Unfortunately, the experience this time was completely unsatisfactory. The food quality was very poor. Most of the dishes were cold, poorly prepared, and lacked professional presentation. Several items seemed dry, and even basic desserts like custard were watery and not up to standard. The soft drinks were excessively sugary, which added to the overall disappointment. The service was also at a very low level. Staff handling and responsiveness did not meet basic hospitality expectations, making the experience even more frustrating. Overall, this visit was quite embarrassing for me in front of my family, as I had recommended this place based on previous experiences. Sadly, the quality has declined significantly. This will be my last visit, and I would not recommend this restaurant to others. Last time IRANIAN MANAGEMENT WAS SO GODD EVEN FOOD QUALITY WAS GOOD .... Regards
