Thank you Ramada Encore. We had a great stay. All the staff are friendly, approachable and always willing to help.Spacious room, AC is ok coz in between we feel it is not cold enough. Pool is clean and well maintained. We just hope they will make the timing for pool usage longer, especially this summer time like up to 9pm or 10pm. Would definitely recommend this hotel... Just a few reminder, if you want to request for late check-out, just make sure they are going to note it. So you will be able to use the room card till the time you wanted to stay. Thanks again Ramada Encore❤️
5★ - Great value in Muscat
Ramada Hotel Muscat was a great pick for my trip! Rooms were clean + cozy, staff made check-in easy, and I slept really well. Location made it easy to explore the city.
Breakfast had lots of options too. For the price, it’s one of the best stays I’ve had in Muscat. Definitely coming back again.
Clean, friendly staff, and an unbeatable location!The hotel is spotless, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The location is excellent—it’s right on the main road where shared taxis and buses pass, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. Being situated between the airport and the Louis district, it’s very convenient, and you can even walk to the shopping mall. The staff always greet you with a smile and true hospitality. Thank you for everything!
Hotel is located at a good location, staff on front desk were exceptional, they spoke good English and helped with any queries we had.
Breakfast was good, they offered a good variety including hot food, egg station and an option of international foods. The breakfast staff were good, especially renu and others which I unfortunately forgot their names. Big shout out to the Ugandan brother who went above and beyond. Rooms were cleaned daily, good spacious rooms, not the best view but it was a comfy bed, good size bathroom. My recommendation would be putting a non slip Matt in the bathroom as after showering it gets very slippery.
The pool and gym were clean and well maintained, the pool area had sun beds and chairs, always had clean towels available and the staff working in the pool area were good, especially Irfan, he was very respectful, he respected privacy and for someone of the age of 24, he was by far very professional. The car park offered limited spaces on level B1 and B2 but it was complimentary and I always found a space available. The hotel was not fully occupied so lift waiting times were not too bad, but I would recommend the hotel to fix the non working lift as on some rare occasions around breakfast time it did take some time.
I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
We had the pleasure of staying twice for two nights at the Ramada. With a great breakfast and a nice room on the 9th floor, the gym and pool facilities are a big plus for this hotel. The parking allows to reach for any place in Muscat easily, for instance a 10-15mn drive to the Sultan Qaboos Mosque, the Royal Opera, and the Airport. The staff great and welcoming.
