Muscat Hills Hotel

I stayed here during a layover in Muscat because it was conveniently located near the airport. Unfortunately, the room smelled of cigarettes, the pillows smelled of sweat, and it didn’t feel very clean. It was also very noisy—you could hear doors banging and people constantly coming and going. The worst part was a woman unexpectedly entering my room in the middle of the night using a key card, which made me feel very unsafe. I couldn’t sleep at all and just waited until it was time to leave.

Muscat Hills Hotel is a good choice for a short stay, with a convenient location and friendly, professional staff. However, there are a few areas that could enhance the overall guest experience. The hotel does not offer a breakfast buffet or complimentary breakfast. Food is available only through the à la carte menu and is charged separately. Introducing an optional breakfast package would provide better value for guests. In addition, providing room slippers would be a simple, low-cost improvement that would noticeably enhance guest comfort. With greater attention to these details, the hotel has the potential to deliver a more refined and satisfying hospitality experience.

The Hotel is ok average , stayed here last January for 2 days and I came back April 01 2026 till April 20, 2026. Hotwl is cozy and ok for me. Daily cleaning making up my room. And good people.
