Really great experience at Levatio Suites! The rooms are spacious and have everything you need to feel right at home. I have to give a massive shoutout to Ali, though. He provided hands-down some of the best service. Super helpful, friendly, and just made the whole trip better.
I stayed here for nearly a month; it’s a great location because it’s connected to a mall, making it easy to find food or groceries. I stayed in a family unit featuring two nice, clean, and well-equipped rooms—there was even a washing machine, an iron, and a drying rack. If I needed anything, Suraj—a very kind housekeeping staff member—was always ready to help. As for the breakfast, the menu might start to feel repetitive after four days, but rest assured, there is Ali—a very kind, friendly, and polite staff member who is always ready to assist.
I would really like to thank you for the warm welcome and the wonderful way you treated us. Thank you so much for making our experience so pleasant! 🙏🏻🌷 A special thanks to Mr.Dhushandhan their exceptional service🙏🏻
I had a great stay at Lavatio Suites. The hotel offers a pleasant environment, and the staff are friendly and professional. I especially appreciated the calm atmosphere and the overall service quality. A special mention goes to Mohammed Ripon from the room service team. He has an excellent attitude, is very polite, and provides outstanding service. His efforts made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Muscat.
My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtfully arranged and warmly welcoming. The room was spotless, beautifully prepared, and incredibly comfortable — the kind of space that helps you unwind immediately after a long day. The staff were genuinely wonderful—kind, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. I would especially like to thank Mr. Ahmed Chortani for his attentiveness and his warm, gracious welcome, which added a special touch to our stay. The hotel's location is excellent, the atmosphere calm and relaxing, and every detail seems designed to ensure complete comfort and satisfaction. It was an unforgettable experience, and I would gladly return without hesitation. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a stay that combines elegance, comfort, and exceptional hospitality.
