Title We recently spent a 2-day break at Sifa Apartments, and our experience was a mix of positives and drawbacks. **Positive Points:** 1. **Friendly Reception Team:** We appreciated the warm and supportive attitude of the reception team, who were always ready to assist. **Areas for Improvement:** 1. **Antiquated Furniture:** The charm of old furniture was there, but an upgrade might enhance overall comfort. 2. **Basic Interiors:** The interior design lacked flair, falling into the fundamental category. 3. **TV and TV Box Malfunctions:** We encountered issues with both the TV and TV box and the small size was an additional inconvenience. 4. **Stringent Pool Rules:** While security is crucial, the strict regulations at the swimming pool make it challenging to enjoy a relaxed family time. Children couldn't be as lively as one would expect during a vacation. 5. **Limited Amenities:** Only two water bottles per day for a three-bedroom apartment seemed insufficient. Additionally, the shortage of towels was inconvenient. **Suggestions:** 1. **Upgrade Entertainment Options:** Consider loosening the swimming pool regulations to create a more enjoyable experience for families with children. 2. **Enhance In-Room Amenities:** Providing more water bottles and ensuring an adequate supply of towels would significantly improve the guest experience. In summary, while the friendliness of the reception team stood out, several aspects need attention to elevate overall guest satisfaction. Perfect place for young adults, the apartment was not clean as it should be. The restaurant is amazing, would recommend the restaurant there (Sky lounge), the food was one of the best I had so far in the city. The apartment smelt like smoke. Do not recommend for families!

Beautiful location but bad service from staff. When we arrived, reception did not know that we booked and paid for a golf lake apartment. We had to settle for another apartment because they simply forgot to confirm our booking. There were also ants in the fruit at the breakfast buffet which the staff should have checked on. Very disappointing.

This place is too beautiful to the eyes and the heart. The view of the blue sea and the big yacht's parked .. is breathtaking. Rooms are very spacious and just perfect. The beauty of this place is in the fact that it's still not known to a lot of Travellers..So if you are looking to just relax unwind and enjoy the watersports ..this is IT..like the tagline says..life As it should be. Couldn't have been more precise.
