Every time I have a reservation at this hotel for a special occasion, they always surprise me with such a thoughtful gesture. This time, I visited with my friend to celebrate my new job. When I made the reservation, they asked if we were celebrating anything, and after I told them, they surprised us with this lovely cake.
It was such a sweet and thoughtful touch, and we truly appreciated it. ❤️

It's been almost a year since my stay at JW Marriott Muscat, and I still can't get over what an incredible experience it was. I had been meaning to write this review for a long time, but I kept getting busy. I finally decided to take the time to share it because it truly deserves the recognition.
Although the hotel is not located in the city centre, it is very convenient for the airport and many of Muscat's main attractions.
The staff across every department were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially the Omani lady at reception. She was incredibly kind and even offered us a late check-out without us having to ask, which was a thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated.
The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The most memorable part of our stay was the breakfast. It is easily one of the best breakfast buffets I have ever experienced. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, with an impressive variety of choices. I especially loved the small harvest garden beside the restaurant, which added a unique and charming touch to the dining experience.
The pool and other facilities were also excellent and very well maintained.
I highly recommend JW Marriott Muscat to anyone visiting the city. It offers outstanding value for money, and it will definitely be my first choice the next time I visit Muscat.

The buffet was excellent, with a great selection of fresh and delicious food, but what impressed me most was the outstanding hospitality. Every member of the team was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making my visit enjoyable.
A special thank you to Kay, Rashoda, and Gladys for their kindness and exceptional service. When I mentioned that this is, in my opinion, the best breakfast buffet in Muscat, they surprised me with a heartfelt thank-you note and a jar of honey. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my morning even more special.
This level of hospitality truly deserves recognition. I can’t wait to come back!
We visited JW Marriott Hotel on Thursday, 28 May, and had an absolutely wonderful experience. We spent the day enjoying the pool facilities from the morning, and everything was exceptional. The staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit.
Afterwards, we had dinner at the buffet in Kitchen 7, and it exceeded all our expectations. The food was outstanding, with a fantastic variety and excellent quality. Everything was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The live band was truly amazing and added a special touch to the evening, creating a fantastic atmosphere.
We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our visit and will certainly return for another memorable experience. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to all the chefs and culinary team, especially Chef Hamza, whose professionalism, kindness, and dedication made our experience even more enjoyable.

After staying here multiple times at this hotel , I finally decided to write a review because consistency like this deserves to be appreciated. It’s easy for a hotel to impress once ,much harder to maintain the same warmth, cleanliness, and level of hospitality every single time guests return.
One person who truly stands out is Saeed concierge supervisor . His assistance is always pleasant, genuine, and thoughtful. From the moment you arrive, he makes you feel welcomed and cared for with such natural professionalism and kindness. It’s rare to meet people who leave such a lasting impression through simple human warmth and attention to detail.
What we appreciate most about this hotel is the atmosphere created by the entire team. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and elegant, making every stay feel comfortable and relaxing from start to finish.
Most importantly, the quality is anb amazing every time we have come back, and that is exactly why this continues to be one of our preferred places to stay in Muscat. Thank you to the whole team for always making us feel so welcomed.
