Excellent Hotel, Every Time We Visit Muscat
We stay at this hotel every time we're in Muscat, and it never disappoints. The location is excellent — convenient and well-situated for getting around the city. The value for money is outstanding given the quality you get.
The bedding is wonderfully comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner are consistently high quality.
Service here is genuinely outstanding. Su, who takes care of housekeeping for my room, is always meticulous and thorough — the room is spotless every single time.

The staff were incredibly attentive and kind. They noticed we were traveling with a toddler and kept surprising him with thoughtful little treats throughout our stay, which made him so happy.

We had a wonderful experience at Intercity Al Khuwair Hotel during our 2-day stay, and we were truly happy and satisfied. From the reception area alone, the service was already excellent, warm, and very welcoming. The room service staff were also attentive and professional.
We also enjoyed our breakfast at The Breakery restaurant. The staff were very helpful and always checking if the food trays were complete and well-prepared. The waiters and waitresses were accommodating, friendly, approachable, and hardworking.
Special thanks as well to the breakfast buffet manager of The Breakery restaurant. Even with many guests during the busy morning hours, he remained calm, helpful, and professional at all times. You can really see how well he manages the team because the staff, waiters, and waitresses were also organized, attentive, and hardworking.
What I appreciated the most was the cleanliness of the hotel and restaurant. Everything was neat, organized, and comfortable. Highly recommended, and we will surely come back again for another stay. 😊
