Wow. Absolutely blew my expectations. This might be one of the most thoughtful and smartly made hotels I've ever travelled to. The location is super helpful, it's near a few malls, close to the airport, and there's tons of activities reasonably nearby. Firstly, I'll talk about the staff. They're super kind and helpful, and they're always quick and efficient in whatever they're doing. The rooms? Oh boy. Nearly everything is cold-to-touch, and in this Oman heat, that's basically luxury. There are so many cool and thoughtful stuff, it's kinda unfair. Here are some features that genuinely stood out to me: The curtains have sticks on them to close/open them Helpful flashlight Cloth hangers WITH the clips Actual non-ancient TV Retractable cloth hangers And, I could go on about the stuff, but for now, this is all I'm gonna say And about the food, the range is wide. Italian, Arab, Indian, western... the breakfast buffet's absolutely amazing, the staff actually listens to you, and everything just slaps. The hotel staff is incredibly accommodating & friendly. Professional with attention to detail. So many staff helped to include: Manager Muna, Front Desk Sazzad, Mohammad & Masud. The room cleaning was exceptional Majib and Haytam. Thank you for making the stay so much better. 🙏

Our stay at Holiday Inn Muscat Al Seeb was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The housekeeping was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay and could not find anything to complain about. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. We especially received great service from Bilal, Rechel and Rabiul. We would definitely recommend Holiday Inn Muscat Al Seeb to others and would happily stay here again. A wonderful experience from start to finish!
